OK thanks for that I understand now. No nudity of any kind will be allowed in thumbnails. But there was a big argument about the use of "CENSORED" thumbnails and the policy was that nothing other than " an accurate representation of the image" was to be allowed.

"Wrong again. I know you don't hang out here all the time, Spiritbro, so on that I'll give you a concession. However, the sale was over, so they removed the article from the front page."
Wow history is been re-written here as we watch.

Nothing has changed? In new thumbnail policy on the Gallery upload page it says “We will allow the Renderosity generic "Content Advisory" icon. Just right click and save to your hard drive, then upload in the slot for your thumbnail.”
Earlier you stated several times that:-

“A thumbnail is supposed to be an accurate representation of the image
you've posted. We aren't going to allow suggestive or "censored" words,
blots or blurs."
How do those two statements fit together?

@ Stacey proxy. " Nothing has changed" Things definately have changed. It is now possible to havea rosity generated thumbnail of an image that contains nudity when clearly before it was stated that this would not be allowed.
Is "stop trolling." official Renderosity policy or did you make it up all on your own?

So nudity in thumbnails is allowed now provided that the thumnail is a small version of the whole image?

** ** Congratulations Khai on been appointed official spokesperson for Stacey. I guess I must address my comments to you now rather than her.
Stacey and now proxy Stacey have pointed out that there is no forum where the punters can address the Vendor gods. The point I have made 3 times now is that there is. This being, in particular ** The MarketPlace Wishing Well** or ** MarketPlace Customer Support** forums. Both are far more appropriate than this forum. Failing those the questions are specific only to Poser so the Poser forum is another option.
But specifically ** The MarketPlace Wishing Well** is there for customers to communicate with vendors, which is exactly what this thread is about.
Good luck in your new job Khai.
Hi GDG it isn't upsetting to me that this thread exists here and no I don't feel poser is less of an art than photography. Neither is an art. Poser on its own is definitely not an art. I quick browse of 99% of the Poser gallery shows that. Though one or two artists do manage to produce some good results and before we go any further I do not claim to be an artist even if the counter at the top of the page does say I am :)
Art is what an artist produces not a piece of software or a camera.****

Stacey. You didn't respond to my suggestion. Don't you think that The MarketPlace Wishing Well or MarketPlace Customer Support is a more appropriate location for this thread?
Or indeed the Poser forum

"Um... Ever buy a magazine...? "Interview with [big name master what what they do] - "
Oh I missed the interview with da Vinci. I bet that was informative. Does he buy Photoshop actions from the Market Place too?

Most certainly Stacey. I never had any other intension :) The orional topic was Something about support for V3 and V4 I believe. Well I'll give them my support. V3 has rights too. Just like LlamasThread: saddened by the V4 craze...apology to the vendors... | Forum: Community Center
Sorry Khai. "no, YOU missed the point.. not me " You must think I'm very stupid. I've missed the point again. Thankyou for writing "YOU" in big letters to help me understand that it is me that has missed the point not you. I'm glad that is sorted out.
Sorry I'm very simple. What was your point?

There's another now Merchant fails to answer , but has the CASH ! More problems with his V4. It's a shame those Poser vendors have no where to go. There is always The MarketPlace Wishing Well or MarketPlace Customer Support of course.
Sorry to hear Khai "... hm. point missed. ah well..." Maybe it will help if you try the above links :)
Thanks

DesertGoddessDesigns thanks for your civil respnse. I wasn't particularly blaming you. It is possible to post to the wrong forum. Normally when this occurs an admin will move the thread to the correct forum unless it's Poser of course which it seems has a whole different set of rules.
Thanks for your comments about my gallery, however, the photos are from only one very small part of the world.

Khai, If iI were a member of the admin team I wouldn't be suggesting an admin should move the thread to the Poser forum would I? I'd do it myself.
If there is anything else that you do not understand don't hesitate to ask.
Thanks

I know Poser is god around here even though it is responsible for the new thumbnail policy but I still don't understand why threads specifically relating to Poser are in this forum. There is a poser forum. Why was this thread not posted there?
Why has an admin not moved it?

Thanks for your email, Stacey, though it still doesn't make sense but what does these days. Thanks for your time.
