It's not provocative. :p Roman prostitutes advertised more skin than a Viking maid. That's actually very modest.

The model I want to render, the N-AV90 Avatar Sky Carrier (call that Space or StarCarrier in my book!) requires Bryce 6. :biggrin:Thread: Thinking about getting Bryce | Forum: Bryce
Annie,
It's just so wierd. Fellow student suggested that I get Maya. Can't afford Maya right now. I'm looking at Bryce, and my fellow Student doesn't like it. What is Bryce's reputation?

> Quote - well, you can texture anything to look like brazilian cherry wood. Or, you can cheat and recolor it in the surface settings, either way. Your best bet for texturing is to find a heads-on shot of a plank of the wood. You might be able to find a decent photo at a home decor shop, and there may be some textures for purchase out there. I'd start at your local home decor shop, though.Good idea. I suppose we are looking at something like this?

Wow! I had just read that tutorial. Next question, where can I find a floor prop that is Brazillian Cherry wood? I trust there is one on this site. Yes, correct! :D

Quote - Are you looking to get something like this?
If so, I'm gonna start digging through the forum for the tutorial I wrote on this image.
Yes, something like that. Only my subject matter is a digital human being. I'm doing a simple nude pinup like you'd see on SimpleNudes.net or DOMAI.com.

I like Daz|Studio because of its ease of use. It is easy to find objects to work with and to render with. It's a poor man's poser, and a good place to start with 3D. Although, with the new 3DBridge feature, it's easy to work in Photoshop.
A few merchants here do say that their stuff does work in Daz|Studio. one of them I do use extensively in my renders. Pretty3D being that one.

Well, they let me download my stuff today. I'm working on that Race Comparison chart. Apparently, Adriana 4 does work wonderfully in Daz|Studio. :D

Yep, and I PMed her. I bought the model, now I have to wait to download it. :D It says "Download Pending." So, I have to wait a day and a night to get the stuff I purchased.
