Thank you again for your honesty and really kind collaboration. I've forgotten to add that both in our Asia purchasers list and in Jen purchase list there is not the username mgarramone, so he probably should have stolen our products that he've then pirated. And it was also brought to our attention that also in some mgarramone MarketPlace items there are/were some copyright infringment poses from MarketPlace Packages. Then it was also brought to our attention that the Barbara pirated item was also distribuited through 3DCommune (now removed as well) , not sure how many downloads there, but added to the R'osity 7000 is a huge distribution and huge damage. I want to say now to the Copyrigth Agent JenyK and/or one of the admins that , since mgarramone have violated the TOS with his dishonest actions against me, Jen and other Artists/merchants, as against the honest customers who have spent their precious money for the products, and he should be able to commit the same damage against other artists/merchants, we think he should not be allowed to commit again other infringments or piracy actions like the ones he've did against all us. As I've written in the message above the items (PC and Mac version) were already been removed from the free stuff and from the mgarramone site as well. This message was only to let know the persons who have downloaded it that being a pirated product the license included in it (that allow to re-distribuite it in whole or in part both in free or commercial products)it's obiouvsly not valid. The reason of this message is only to avoid other possible infringments due to the not aknowledgment of the persons who have downloaded it , it was a copyright infringment item. Buyer acquires the copyright to any derivative works created using this work, provided none of the original materials can be extracted from the derivative work by any means. If Artist can show that any of the original material can be extracted from Buyer's derivative work, Artist can demand both the original and derivative work, and all copies thereof be deleted. First, I'm sorry for the delay and thank you very much Maxx!! I've known about this tread only now, and this is very sad. Seeing the Kagato's renders I can perfectly recognize that that is a mixed verison between my Asia and my Yuma. The neck in the front is the Yuma neck and also the back elbow and the front legs. I don't know who is the friend who given to Kagato my Asia and my Yuma textures for free (I can only imagine...), but surely on the Yuma textures .jpg is written very big "YYY Mega Package by Stefania Zampini Distribution of this Map violates Copyright Law. Copyright by Stefania Zampini 2001". I think that Kagato is not telling the truth when he've said he didn't know that I was the creator of the 2 textures he used and mixed to created his "own" one, 'cause on both the head and body Yuma textures are written with very big letters the copyrights; maybe the friends have deleted them from the map? I'm sorry but this is not believable to me. Thank you again Maxx very much for you precious and kind help. First, excuse me for my not good english, and then I'm very sorry if I have disturbed you with the additional licence I've added to my last products, but that absolutely was not my intention. Indeed, I've decided to add it 'cause I was very tired to see images with my "warez products" posted here in the Renderosity Gallery from "warez members". And some of them have also provided me the url where to find my warez products... This is the only reason why I've added this additional license that is referred only to the Renderosity Galleries and not for anything else to my last products. There are absolutely no restrictions for commercial use or for anything else like usual. So I'm very sorry if I've hurt someone, and believe me, I should have never thought that I should have hurt someone!! And that's why I will remove that additional license ASAP. Hi! First I'm sorry 'cause I've missed this thread before... Well Soulhuntre, I've understood the problem and the point is that Poser cannot work with body textures of 8000x8000 pixels, that should be the right size to go well with the head texture (in photo based textures). At the beginning I've created the body map of Asia at 6000x6000 pixels, but Poser crashed after any trying. So I had to reduce the body to the actual 4000x4000 pixels that are already big for Poser but works well. So the renders of Asia in Poser were and are good with this resolution. And I'm sorry but I've never tested Asia on Max or Lightwave. Well, I think that you cannot compare handdrawn/textures with photo/textures, 'cause the hand/drawn maps are a little flat and it's easy to fix seam problems with airbrush. And the Daz V2 Hirez Texture that you mentioned is more handdrawn that photo based (is a little bit flat) and rendered without Bump Maps is not very photorealistic. So I'll be glad to make 8000x8000 pixels texture and fix the Max seam problems only when Poser will be able to handle them! Stefy
