I'm confused here. I'm not seeing that part missing. I have two figureres lines, with the appropriate stuff after them.
figureResFile :Downloads:SL_Male.obj
actor BODY:1

controlProp GoalCenterOfMass:1

actor hip:1

   geomHandlerGeom 13 hipÂ

actor abdomen:1
   {
   storageOffset 0 0 0
   geomHandlerGeom 13 abdomenÂ
   }
actor chest:1
   {
   storageOffset 0 0 0
   geomHandlerGeom 13 chestÂ
   }
actor neck:1
   {
   storageOffset 0 0 0
   geomHandlerGeom 13 neckÂ
   }
Then, much farther down

I've tried exporting other scenes, and they seem to be working fine, so there's definitely a problem with this one.

Ok, here we go: http://magotek-industries.com/Files/draw_back.pz3
It's created in poser 7
Thread: Help! Poser crashes on bvh export | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
OK, hmm. The file refuses to attach. SDays it doesn't have a valid extension,. It's a .pz3 file though. Any idea what might be wrong ?
I'll host a download myself: one moment...

I'm using poser 7, and it was working fine earlier today. I don't know what I did to make it start doing this, but restarting poser doesn't fix it, nor does opening a different scene.
Thread: Posing by dragging parts | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I don't know about the Body actor. Never tried using that actually. Second Life uses the .bvh format, and it ignores all scale data, and all position data except for the root joint, which is the hip.
Thread: Posing by dragging parts | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Oh, wait, I do use translate on the hip, to actually move the whole figure, for the likes of jumping animations. that's ok, isn't it ?
Thread: Posing by dragging parts | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thank you Les. I never use translate anyway because the progam I'm making anims (second life) for doesn't support scaling or translation in animations, only joint rotations.

And I can't scale it up, because doing that makes the forearm expand too, until my figure's arm looks like a balloon on a stick o.o

I'm having some odd problems with this solution. The left hand changes size when I enable IK and parent it to the sword. It becomes tiny for some reason.
Any idea why? It looks really silly.
