No, don't worry. My "smoothing" method preserves the natural aspect of skin. ( i.e: textures, ... )
Of course, it's a general method, you can always adjust the "smoothing" effect.

In Bryce, You can only export terrains, symettrical lattices and rocks and imported meshes (to Max (.3ds) or to Poser (through .obj) or to any other 3d software) But the import command is available all the time.
