Since I can't compete in this one, I cheated and whipped this together using a dinosaur posed and rendered in Carrara composited with some images pilfered from the internet.
The mirror and the road in the background are from two separate images. I relabeled the mirror for better readability, and composited in Photoshop.
I've been waiting for an excuse to do an image like this since I first saw it in Jurassic Park.

Thanks Mark! It's always nice to bank a few internet points!
And nice work everyone. Some really great images in this thread.
For the next challenge theme, how about "Road Hazard".
Create a scene depicting something that might be cause for danger on a road, path, trail or even a flight corridor.

Rats! It appears that the forum posting mechanism removes any text typed between a less-than and greater-than symbol, which is how I entered the keys to be pressed in my previous post. So here it is again, hopefully intact: If you are using a Mac I believe that "willf" has the right idea but the Macintosh desktop rebuild keys are "Option" and "Command" (the command key is the one with the apple and cloverleaf symbols on it). Restart your Mac, press and hold the Option and Command keys until the dialog box appears that asks "do you really want to rebuild the desktop file?" (this will appear just before the hard disk icon appears on the desktop, be patient). Select yes and wait until it finishes. If all goes well the files should now display the correct icons. Good luck, de3an [the 3 is silent]
