Yes Denesia it can be dangerous (btw, I'm dangerous anyway also without using the hula hoop). Karel my husband, initially thought it was dangerous to be busy downstairs in the room with the hula hoop, so I am now doing it in the attic, hoping that the roof does not fly from our house.
