Nice! Floor looks cool as well, I love it when those "weird" things happen like that. Maybe try just the hint of a wall behind him to suggest an interior more, something vague and half seen is the only thing I could suggest. Excellent work.

Yeah, win 9.x and I think ME are based on the Kernel32, I may be off on the name of it but I know they are on a different kernel then 2000, NT and XP, in fact XP may have a totally different core then NT and 2K. Win 9X gives pretty much equal access to the CPU to all applications. The NT based (2K,NT,XP) assign priority in some arcane way. Bryce gets higher priority then the clock so it doesn't refresh the clock until Bryce or whatever programs you are using releases the resources. The thing to remember is even though all windows versions look similar they are all different at the core and in the case between 9x and NT based it is a radical difference. Darn it, I am a computer geek :)

Happens on 2000 and NT as well, those OS's assign priority to processes for CPU time and the clock gets low priority. This is more of an OS issue then Bryce. Once the render is done the time updates. Try rendering with the taskmgr running in the systray and watch the CPU stay pegged.

If you mean a cut out in a wall here is a good tut that helped me out, it isn't for a window but the concept is the same: http://petersharpe.com/Tutorial2.htm or if you mean the glass try making a 2D plane and applying a glass texture to it and resizing and rotating to suit. Thats what works for me.Thread: 30 day trial of Bryce | Forum: Bryce

Thread: Any freeware to encode Poser "Uncompressed Full Frames" to Divx out there? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Take a look at:
www.divx.com
Shuld have all you need, I installed their newest codec from the Download page and am able to make Divx avi's from Poser with no problems, simply select the codec from the dialog in poser when you make a movie and away you go.
Thread: Bryce & Clock | Forum: Bryce
I got the same error on my Win 2K system but not on my Win 98 system. It doesn't seem to be major as once Bryce is done the clock is correct, I think it is simply the OS giving Bryce priority and relegating the display of the clock to a lower/lowest priority.
I believe XP sets priority of processes the same way NT and 2K does as it uses the kernel.
