I think Poser likes to have lights called light1, 2, &3. When I renamed my lights the same thing happened. If you don't rename the first three lights, you shouldn't have a problem. (Just going on what happens with me here )

You need to use the joint editer to adjust all your joints. Also, since it is a meck, you may wat to turn bend off for each part. You can find the joint editer under the window tab :)

nope.... simple tweaking done by my wife of posette's face. i don't have the face randomizer :)

your geometry .rsr files may simply be corrupt. simply deleting them and letting poser rewrite them may help. (only the geometry .rsr's though) hope this is all it is, and that this helps :) cheers! Styxx

try loading the obj file into Steve Cox's UVMapper, then press the "Insert" key.. This will check for degenerate faces which is what this looks like. I had the same problem when I imported a figure to Max and UVMapper fixed it right up for me :)

is it conforming hair? most hair is just a prop type, so just parenting it to the head (and then locking it) will do the job. if it IS a conforming figure, then your base is messed up. could you show a screen shot of what is happening? that may help me to understand :) cheers!

good ideas! our graphics do have to follow specific guidelines and within specific dimensions, and lighting is a major factor. i can only speak for myself when i assure you that there is no postwork done on the items i sell, and if it's for poser, then it's rendered in poser - but i do believe that almost every merchant here is like that. i appreciate every sale i get, so i make every effort to please. i'll be double checking some of this stuff as it relates to my products (all of my clothes are original meshes though, so no other clothing packs are required). thanks for taking the time to let us all know how we can improve our stuff :) cheers! as fare as netscape is concerned, i believe some browsers (including netscape) won't read the MIME data correctly.... i have not been having any problems, and i am on dialup here in canada... Styxx (who's keeping his fingers crossed for luck!)
