Not for anything special, I do landscapes in acrylic and I wanted to do some digitally, see what can be done in B5...I've done some in Terragen, but I can't get what I'm after...soooo, onward and upward, I'll see what happens, I'll see if I can take 'em apart and reassemble...what could happen after all?...

Oooohhh, I noticed not too much support coming from Corel...I do like Carrara though haven't done much in it, but I'm totally lost in Poser, I seem to twist off body parts alot...:)

Could I just group two trees (different textures), one slightly offset from the other to get the effect?...

Yup, I have B5 alright, had to ask here just to find the file menu bar, they failed to mention how to access it in the paperwork, :p...

Thanks TJ for lookin' at my work :), and I'll give the duplication thing a try, BTW, I live in Colorado so snow is here already, and there are great mountains to use as models, kinda got me into thinking snowscene... Zhann

BTW, it doesn't need a tree on the right, it will only serve to break the dynamics of your image. Nature isn't always symetrical, the diagonal lean of the tree creates movement, the viewer's eye travels up the tree over to the mountain then acros the water to your forground grasses which lean towards the tree, you see? Great image...

Love the grasses in the forground, are they your own design?

Thread: Plants anyone? | Forum: Bryce
oooooooo...yes,yes,yes, partially opened long stem tea rose, dracena marginata, staghorn ferns, eel grass, bittersweet vine, aspidistra vareii, think that's it, no wait, aborvitae (shrub), twisted sierra juniper, or twisted bristlecone pine, if you need botanical reference let me know and I'll locate the pics...Thanks
