Mary, I agree with you. It was the Vue galleries and this forum that convinced me to try out (and then buy) the program (which I love). I'm sorry about what's going on with Renderosity right now but have felt it coming for the past few months. Bloodsong, glad to hear that you're staying around for now. I hope things will work out and you'll continue to be here. Claire

Very nice. The hair does look great! By the way, Anton, thanks so much for your textures for the P4 woman. I use one of them almost all the time. Claire

I agree! He's a very attractive man! I really love Michael and am finding that I can make him look almost any way that I want plus his hair looks great on Victoria. What a bonus! :-) Claire

I ordered Vue this morning. I think the manual will probably be a helpful thing to have :-) I can't seem to figure out how to shove the darn terrain as far back as I'd like. It sounds as though the material scale is something I should be using. Counting the days! Claire

I've been playing with the demo for a week now and I'm ready to buy. I know how you feel, Steve, this is a fun program. I love the realistic looking vegetation and it's seems so much easier to use than Bryce. I've never been able to turn out anything really decent with Bryce and I've done OK with Vue. I'll be anxiously waiting for the postman :-) Thanks for the bit about terrains, bloodsong, I have a problem with mine all looking like they're at the front too. Claire

I second that! More attention paid to the Poser guy and I think Melanie has done a wonderful job of making him look good and her suggestion of making the focal setting 125 also works wonders for Victoria. Thanks, Melanie! Claire

I tried it last night and when I went to save I did the go to file menu -> export -> but I didn't get image
- all that was black on that menu was painter script
and I had to save to a .txt file which didn't open in Painter anyway. I've tried everything I can think of. Do I have a faulty version of Poser or is it me? :-) Claire

Hi Diane, It's trying to save the image that's giving me the problem. Do I do something on the pop-up sketch render page or do I go in to the pull down menu on the Poser page and save that way? I think I've tried it that way and it hasn't worked. Claire

Thread: New props in Free Stuff | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks for the first painter kit too! I just did a picture, for my sister, in Poser using the props. She's an oil painter. They couldn't have come at a better time as I wanted to make her a birthday card with a special picture on the front. Now I have :-) Claire

I do enjoy the props and am extremely happy with the CD also. It's nice to have them all in one place so I don't have to spend a huge amount of time searching them out. Claire

Well, I have a different problem. I get a message of authentification required
and asks me for my name and password. I think I've had that problem with Homestead before. I can't figure out why :-{ Never can d/l from there. Claire
Thread: For Steve-Thalia, the London tourist | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I agree, CharlieBrown. I definitely think Thalia should walk the great walls of China, etc. This could be one heck of a world tour :-) Claire

I love the muted tones on the colour picture but I have to say I'm also a big fan of B&W photos. I'm enjoying Thalia's tour and think she should pop over to Russia so that she can stand in front of those
buildings :-) What a gorgeous backdrop that would be..... Claire
