I like the first one more, the colors just works for this shot. You have the green moss and the yellow of the leaves that just work so well against the stone and dark water. Now if you are going for an old looking shot, then the bottom one is bang on for that. I just like the color one the best though of all three.

Wow, I just got one of these last week. It was for BB&T, and I dont have an account their. It was better,it actually acted like it was real, but when you opened it in an editor it had a bunch of stupid things imbedded in it, like silly saying. The sad fact are those that actualy click the link and then give their info away.

Also look at the size of the CMOS CCD. That can make a big difference. A high quality camera with lower pixel count, but a larger CCD than a higher pixel count, but lower quailty cam,can end up equaling out the shots. It comes down to what features you need. When I picked the camera I have, I wasnt sure I was going to take as much pics as I do. So I opted for one that would be a lower initial investment, just incase I wasnt any good. So I picked a SLR type, so I didnt have to by lenses with it. It cost the same as a cannon rebel, but I get the macro shots I take, all the way up to a 200mm. So it does come down to like MGD said, what are you going to use the camera for. If you are going to take shots that you are going to usually have the prints blown up to a poster size, then you need a really good quality high pixel count with low noise. If you are going to never go past 8x10, and uploading online. Then your options are differnt. Just be sure to read lots of reviews of lots of brands, from different places before you decide. Then in the end, just make the desicion that you feel works for you, not by brand(only in that you get one thats from a reliable company) but what you feel has the most features you want, and flaws you can look over(just about all have some flaws).

I can agree with Michelle A. I have known a few as well, and if you are their friends, then you are fine,if not, then you can just as easly be prey. I actually remember a time me and some friend were sitting around in a parking lot,and our cop friend stopped by with his partner. We were talking, and this car drove by that had been yelling at us all night. We told him to go bother them. He turned on the light and chased them down, took them out the car and searched the whole car. Also like its been said, dont take your laptop. Just an excuse for them to seize it. Trust me,they can easily loose it on the way to the evidense locker. I say this because I have been on the receiving end of the intimidation harrassment when I was younger. I was a minor and they viloted so many laws that it wasnt funny. Interogating a minor alone, when the parent is their, not letting them back to see. Not to mention that when we were alone he keep playing with a weapon as he asked me questions. So just be careful with this. The sad fact is once your name is in the system,it will take a lawyer to get it out. If it went into any sex crimes file, then its going to be tough to get it out without one.

To Wolfsnap, you forgot the trick I do often. Just use a flash, it will black out the background if its not to close to your subject. Thats the way I do it,so that the buttie or flower are all you see.

I agree, since once they put your name in a sex offender section it wont come out without a lawyer. I mean I understand they are trying to protect children, but one look at your photos would tell them it was just a misunderstanding. Dont let them tell you it will be taken care of. Until you have the original copy of the report and see it torn up,dont buy a word they say.

Oh well I am not sure, dont have the software. It sounds like you havnt changed it back to RGB from greyscale. A commoing thing I have done before. If its still in greyscale then it wont let you use any color on it till you change it to a color mode.

Well I have lots of photo books. Going back to ones that only talk about darkrooms, lol. I also have some very news ones that only talk about digital. Well I have one that might help you,its got good advice for basics,as well as goes over a good bit of the photo software out their, and some basics on them. Its called "Encyclopedia of Digital Photography". Now depending on what type of photos you like to take, you can find a decent book on that type in digital. As for me I have a book on nature photography with a digital camera. So just go to a book store and look at the photo section and you can find lots of digital ones.

Well I would love to have it with me all the time, but dont. I do make sure to try and take some photos each day. To be honest up till about August I had stopped taking photos, before that it was in 96 really. I stopped cause I was taking up to 6 rolls a week and it was costing. Well recently a good friend talked me into joing here and showing some of my work, mostly my paintings. She talked me into showing my photos, and I even found 6 rolls to be developed. Well to make a long story short, she talked me into getting back into taking photo's and so I got a good digital camera to learn with. From then I have taken shots each day, even if I had to do it in the dark, lol. Currently I am almost to my 3000th capture with my new camera I got in August. Can we say addicted, lol. So I am really driven to take photos. Even a day that I didnt have my camera with me, I did have my moms and used it to take photos that day, just to take some.So I guess that I am attached to my camera mostly.

LOL. Oh I so know what you mean. I learnt long ago when I was a child that they can be mean if they want to be. The ones I deal with are used to people feeding them,so they will sneak up behind you and nip at your fingers, seeing if you have bread for them. I know the last time I went to swan lake that I saw a few kids finding that out for themselves, lol.
