Thread: Dumb Wardrobe Wizard Question | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
You're not altering the figure, you're altering the clothing. So Convert to...refers to the clothing. That's what you're trying to make fit. Convert clothing from one figure then convert the clothing to another.
Thread: Morph tool | Forum: Poser Python Scripting
Ockham? Did you take your zip down? Just tried and got a 404. Also, could you use this to add morphs to hair? Without having to add magnets? And if you create groups then run the script, does the script pick up the groups so that you can choose one and work on it? And...will it work on .hr2, not just .cr2? This would be so great because I'm always wanting to add morphs to hair and can't always get what I want with magnets.
Thread: How do you make cloths fit a morphed figure, best programs to use? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Just the demo... The demo only works on figures that came with Poser. It won't work on any figure that came from other sources. So I think the P4 people and Don and Judy are included. If you buy the program it works on most figures that are available. You have to have the figure for it to work and Phil isn't going to include V3 in the demo.

Phil tells you how to conform clothes so that they retain the existing morphs. He has a tutorial. A little extra work than just pushing the Python button, but well worth it. If clothing has body handles you can transfer them too. My Mike 3 doesn't have many clothes. M2 has a bunch. Now they're sharing. Pretty soon Apollo with be wearing the two Mikes clothes. Love this program.

Wardrobe Wizard by PhilC and Kamilche. www.philc.net This little program is so great! You can fit just about any clothing from any figure to another. Great for morphed figures. Go and see what they say about it.

PoseMagic by Willian The Bloody is here: http://market.renderosity.com/softgood.ez?Who=William%5Fthe%5FBloody It does all that the pose thing in DS does and you don't ever have to leave Poser or the PoseMagic dials. Fantastic utility!!! His second update is on it's way out with a ton of new stuff and it does expressions. Dizzi has a very inexpensive utility that goes along with PoseMagic for saving poses and will do batch saves from multiple keyframe poses saved as PZ3 files. Just out in New Stuff, I think today. If help is needed it's right there. This makes posing in Pose a breeze!!!

Go look at Handspan's store. There are a couple of beautiful morphs there and the bodies have been improved as well. I have both and like them very much. Hint: Wardrobe Wizard for fitting clothes to her. And the Maria character comes with a bonus Ninja suit and hair.
Thread: remember that software sale at daz? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
OK, I keep seeing references to Render Farms. Can you give a little more info? If I have a laptop connected to my main system via network then render times are faster because of the increased resources? Of course it's not a powerful or new laptop. Kind of a crappy HP. This got me so interested that I just downloaded a demo of Carrara 5. Can't wait to play.

Another question...how would you compare the render time with Poser 6? And are we compairing it to P6 with IBL/AO? I'm still using P4 renderer because I'm too impatient to wait and tie my computer up for 12 hrs for a large render. I like to render around 2200 on the large side for post work or printing. So it just takes too long with Firefly. I just love the way the girl rendered. Just beautiful. At first I thought she was real in a 3d room. Thanks for sharing this!
Thread: Any tips for a new Intuos 3 owner? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Buttons!!!!!????? What buttons? God, I've been using the 6x8 2 for over two years and never tried the buttons. Duh. Could not draw without it. Used to use the mouse and that's ridiculous. Tip: Practice a lot to develop hand/eye coordination. But it doesn't teach you to spell, I think I got that wrong. And it doesn't teach you to pay attention to the manual otherwise I would have tried the buttons by now.
Thread: Glamourous Jessi back to #1! | Forum: MarketPlace Showcase
Oh Wow! A whip and chain for you my boy! Or maybe a cattle prod? What really sets you apart from the rest are the details. This could have been absolutely smooth but the pleats or soft folds really make it unique. It's beautiful.

Yes, Yes, Yes! That's the one! I love that dress. Can you make it up in a size 6 too? Just kidding... Susan
Thread: Glamourous Jessi back to #1! | Forum: MarketPlace Showcase
Hey you guys! My Jessi products work pretty well with her, high-res ones for Glam Glennis and low-res for Glam Jessi. I even made one mat file to apply texture to Glamourous Jessi instead of original Jessi and it's really easy to make more in the Material Room and save them. Here's a render of her with my Lou texture and head morph. The pose doesn't really show her off but you can see how beautiful she is. And she poses like a dream! And that's Jim's dress. Beautiful, right? http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=1102167&Start=1&Artist=Atelier%5FAriel&ByArtist=Yes OK, Jim it's a shameless plug for my own stuff but she just looks so pretty that I couldn't resist. And she's so much better than the original that the small price you charge is worth it. And, Wardrobe Wizard is good for putting clothes on her but she really needs some of her own. What happened to that wonderful, flirty dress that you used in one of the WIP's over at PP? Keep waiting to be able to buy it... And...thanks very much for the extra,"free", morphs over at CP.
