how much difference is in a jpg SIZE wise than a TIFF.. isnt TIFF like MANY MBs? does this cause loading problems... i got a brand new cpu... so memory isnt a problem... and does rendering take longer if you work with a TIFF than a JPG? or is it that rendering happens before the save options?

right now... your moon looks more like a shaded button off a shirt... but flaming pear DOES get this job done. but a logo.. is a logo... so this IS good. I personally think if this is your 1st attempt of making a logo, it is a very good one. I make 3-10 logos a month for companys here in jacksonville, fl. If you want to spruce up this logo just a touch... try lense flare... 105mm @ about 65%... put this over the 11 oclock angle of the moon. kinda like a star is Creeping over the horizon. dunno.. give it a shot. Anywho. Good job.

hi there Spudgrl, welcome to the poser forum. the "Red X with white square" eather means your Computer's Cash didnt dload the file. (When the page loaded your comp didnt dload the pic) Or the x means theres a broken link (the page is calling up a file that is non existant) my suggestion. goto where you see the red X. RIGHTCLICK the X and choose "SHOW Picture" or "Refresh" (which ever if your using explorer or Navagator) if this doesnt work, that means the webpage has an error and the link is broken. i wish you had posted the http so i can see exactly whats is wrong.. but o well. hope this helps. speed.

1st off.. i have 2 diff cards installed. Since my E machine comes with a FX card Installed to the mother board... it only has 1mb of memory though, 4 weeks ago.. i upgraded it to a 16 mb card and put in 1 of my open slots. I just tryed both... same thing. Then.. i tryed your little OPENGL thingy.... I WORKS! HAHA :skipps around: stamate_filip, thorntoa, gebe, linwhite .... what i ment was... any TEMPlate... those small icons with diff scenes on them.... theres the example ones.. and then u have a abotu 100 to choose from in the NEw file section... I can Open the program.. fine but when i make a new file then Choose what kind of TEMPLATE i want... it bombs... sorry for the mix up.

The way i see it... PS7 is just PS6.01 + that eyecandy plug in thing. I just dloaded the 30 trail from adobe... nothing there that said to me i needed to have this software. Should have been 6.5 not 7. (They are putting out versions now like aol and MS windows. lol)
