I think it was this one, Anton! ;) By the way the morphs RKane made are really cool! :)Thread: Toon Shader | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks for the nice feedbacks! :) To get the most of these shaders, I highly recommend to use 1 light only, otherwise you won't get a nice shadow (and that explains why you can't see the differences between the sets, I guess). These materials carry a native backlighting fx, so using 1 light really gives very nice results. Plus this saves even more ressources and the render comes faster. :) A light version of the pack? Well, at first I didn't want to make so many materials (more than 1400). Initially it was 50 in mind. But I felt the need to create these color variations for beginner users who might have been unable to customize their colors. I wanted it to be as much user friendly as possible... So! A light version? Hum, no. Why? Essentially because the real work involved was not to create the color variations, no. That was the easy part. It took me almost 9 month to develop the structure of the shader. That's why the price is "high" compared to the classic products. Though it's not an exception. For example Sanctum-Art sells a stunning pack for 70$ at CP. It's a high price too but for the quality of his work, the profusion of item, all these details in the meshes, believe me: it's given at this price! Get it!!! :) About my shaders, consider that they offer you a service that 3DSMax users have to pay at least 10 times more if they want to buy the ILLUSTRATE plugin for 3DS... ;)

For a complete description, follow the link. :) Other thread showing some users experiments: http://www.runtimedna.com/mod/forum/messages.php?forum_id=43&ShowMessage=185813 The pack offers 5 different graphic styles: monotone, duotone, tritone, quadritone and gradient. A 22 pages pdf tutorial is included as well to show hos the shaders work, how to customize them, how to work with them through a making chapter (5 pics explained), and how to solve possible issues. :)Thread: A honest comment The RANT | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

WeirdJuice, As you talk about it, what's the purpose of the light probe node? I never understood this one. Could you explain how it works and how to use it cleverly?

Opera, it seems Stewer got your answer. Personnally I wouldn't have able to answer you as I still don't have received my damn box version. ;)

Thread: Is there somthing wrong with my firefly? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
The problem does not come from the firefly, nor Poser but from the geometry of your cell. It is not "smooth" friendly. Select these objects go to their properties and uncheck the "smooth" option. You could also uncheck the "smooth"option in your render settings but I don't recommend you to do so: you'll loose the smart smooth shape of your character... OK? :)

This problem comes from your bump map: it is too low in resolution or is simply a bad bump map. If you use P5, I would suggest to use a noise node mixed with your texture in a math node to contrll the bump channel... ;)

I think there are several FREE tutorials at RDNA. All the more they host a forum entirely dedicated to texture skinning. I'm sure Syyd or other members there can provide you lots of help and advice. :)

In french we call that "mauvaise foi". Translated word by word it gives "bad faith". I don't know if it has the same meaning... I'm not sure. As far as I know, Heart'Song told us you deleted some of her pic that were not fitting the description you give. About you specific pic, Georgress, I'm curious to know what kind of imaginary reason they'll invent. Anyway, if they find difficulties to imagine one, they'll probably ignore you.

Patience? An answer "may" come? I am dragging this thread on? Did I break another mysterious tos? And for no reason? You mean that begging for an answer to an important question in this thread isn't a good enough reason? Why does it take so long? It did not took you much time to react at my post but you seem to avo answering her specific questions. Why? Why don't you answer her?

3 hours later, still nothing. How respectful. You see, Heart'Song? It happens exactly as I told you it would. Believe me: there's nothing good to await from here.

After 2 hours, I notice that Heart'Song still don't get any answer. I am sure this is much appreciated.
