Thread: Poser 6 Wishlist: little things that I hope are fixed | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I'm with madriver. How can an app that handles this slowly not give me a SINGLE working undo? If I accidentally hit a button, or have the wrong figure selected when I apply a pose or whatever, why do I have to START OVER? I mean, JESUS churist, ctrl+z people. And once we get one undo, well then, yes, please I'd like multiple levels while we're at it.
And why can't the app be made to take advantage faster bus/dual processing scenarios?...
I guess that and a render engine that could actually handle the things that the application is dishing out (grr....)

Thanks for the heads up. It's nice to know that other people are using this app around here...

Well, thanks for pulling my coat... That sucks, but at least I can stop wasting my time trying to make that work. Thanks, Dale.
Thread: Vue4Pro won't recognize my P5 .pz3 files... | Forum: Vue
I moved the .pz3 file into the folder were the Poser .exe file is. Boom! Boy, but that thing is sl-oo-oo-www now. Oh, well. One problem at a time.

I really appreciate the suggestions... I'll try a Poser re-install. I'm not sure how to identify cloth or hair animations, but I'll look into it... Anyway, thanks again.

When you say guide rod, what exactly do you mean? Are you creating objects in each element that represent the same length? That sounds like a good one...

Wow. I had to go away for the day, and return to a very informative discussion... Thanks all.

I just tried again and got this error message: A requested texture map does not exist or can't be read. But like I said, it renders each individual object no problem.

Opera: I'm running Windows XP Home, an Intel Pentium 3.6 GHz processor on each of two 60G drives, and I've got 1G DDR RAM. The file is 99KB, located on the computer's local drive, where Poser is also located...

Opera: These renders would crash Poser completely. Force quitting the application would take longer than usual. Poser was off in some dark, rendering 9th dimension... Jeff: Discouraging words, but at least it's not that I'm just doing something stupid or wrong... I was already thinking that I might have to render these scenes in parts and getto-composite it together in Photoshop. But I guess if you were trying to get objects reflecting off of each other then this wouldn't solve anything for you.
