Wonderful first image, thumbs up ! The lightning on the skin seems a little bit too strong. I think you can reduce the portion of doom light and/or check the reflections of the skin mat. Vue 5 has some bugs with the memory, hope e-on will update asap. -Norbert

To speed up virtual memory you can create a separate partition for the page file. Format this partition with a cluster size of 64 K. Goto system properties and make sure that the page file is activated only for this partition. Btw. an ideal system has all memory in ram and no page file. Norbert

I don't see blinking wireframes. Maybe you can adjust some settings for your display. In Vue 5 goto 'File->Options->Display Options', you will also find a 'Test' button here to check if your hardware is compatible with Vue. I think the behaviour of the main window differs a little bit from the other windows. Sometimes I'm not able to move or resize an object but sometimes it works. After a crash Vue forgets a lot of things no matter if I switch to compatibility mode or not. Norbert

I think the activation code for the extra vegetation is only valid for the Vue serial number you transmitted to e-on to get the activation for the plants. So if you update or install a Vue version with a new serial number you have to repeat this process. Norbert

What exactly do you mean with 'lesser machines'? I'm running rendercows on machines with Athlon 1.8, 256 MB ram, cheapest graphic card, XP/SP2. It doesn't make sense to have a main machine with 3 GHz and 300 MHz rendercow machines, even if the program would run there. Norbert

1. Correct Xfrog plant import. It's a shame that even Vue 5 Esprit is not able to import the information correctly.
