Thread: In the Vue Gallery.. | Forum: Vue
I spend a good amount of time at the vue gallery everynight after work, looking at the days pictures. come July 17. This picture is especially striking knowing that it comes from an 8 year old. The idea, composition and colors are very nice. It also reflects the great imagination, creativity and purity of a child. Very nice work! Please encourage her to work more on graphics & art. Thanks for sharing this beauty. :) Ozan

Hi Sascha, seems like the emphasis is on the foreground. In this case, you might want to add more blur on the background. combine it with a tad of noise and you really bring the attention to the foreground. Im my opinion, it would be better if the sky has more color. a greenish-blue on the horizon to a deeper blue as height increases. The sky seems too pale for a summer day. I do like the texturing on the foreground especially the grass. I like the shadow play on the chairs, tables etc. adds a nice depth. I'm thinking the focus point in the pic is the lower right corner. It would be better if you remove the tricycle. It doesn't add much and with the color you chose, it kinda distracts the attention. (I am still assuming the focal point is the table, chairs etc.) well, those are just my humble opinions. of course, this is woulr work and I really like the idea and the composition. This is a very enjoyable picture to look at. Keep up the good work. Ozan :)
Thread: A question to you Americans:-) | Forum: Vue
I'm not an "American" per se, but I live in U.S. I think I can explain. "eastern time" corresponds NY. There is a -3 hour difference between here and California. And there is a +5 hr difference between here and GMT. I hope I helped a bit :)
