Sometimes the DS Library doesn't find the .ds file, even though it's there.

sometimes deleting the DS library and re-adding doesn't fix it.

deleting the ds library thru the browser tray leaves a remnant in the preferences.txt file.
Can be anually deleted, so as to re-add it fresh and new.

open preferences.txt in a notepad editor.
look for the following lines and delete them
Look for AFOL and DSLib, delete it and the 3 lines under it.

Editing this file, can

change the order folders show in the tray.

for the subfolders, delete the index file and re-index from the browser tray.

for the top folders, manually reorder the folders in the preferences txt file.
