I hope we're allowed two tries ... I was intrigued by the effect created in this version and just had to include it.  I ran it through a chromium filter but decided to leave the magical color of those eyes alone.

I downloaded your photo and want to learn the techniques he's showing, but he's going through the steps so fast... and that video is very small and extremely blurry, with no sound.  I can't even see which palette he's using, much less what selection is being made.  Any other sites?

Do they still make film? LOL

Somewhat comforting knowing that in this time of soaring prices, I'm not the only one unable to purchase the "luxuries" I desire. :(

AA batteries have been a sticking point in my search, Rich.  I guess the smaller cameras just don't have room for anything but small, expensive, non-rechargeable units.  

Those are some great links, Bruce -- I'll check 'em out as soon as I finish here.  Don't know why I didn't think of NewEgg ... I've purchased lots of computer stuff from them...
