To report to ebay, you should go to this link. You must have an ebay account. Though it don't have to be a German account.Choose:
"Mitteilung er unzulsige Angebote" in the first box,
"Urheber- oder Markenrechtsverletzungen" in the second and
"Der Versto den ich melden mhte, ist nicht aufgefrt" in the third box.
Then click "Weiter".
You should now get to a page where you can click on "e-mail".
On the next page you can write your complaint (include the article numbers) and mail it to ebay.
Hope this helps.
(Translation:
"Mitteilung er unzulsige Angebote" = Notification about illegal offers.
"Urheber- oder Markenrechtsverletzungen" = Copyright and Trademark violation (or infringement).
"Der Versto den ich melden mhte, ist nicht aufgefrt" = The infringement, I'm about to report isn't listed.)

I have too problems reaching it from time to time. Haven't yet found out what causes it. I've already asked in the forum there. Others don't have this problem. It may be a DNS problem, but on the other hand I have no DNS problems with other sites. Maybe it's a kind of web-implied censorship ... :))
