Want me to post these? I made them just for that reason. I've found some on Rotica and here at Rosity, but I wanted to make a pair of my own. By the way, this is a WIP, so it's not finished. But the boots are. Just let me know here. =P VethThread: Quick Attempt at "Hand Drawn" Clothing | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

Whoa! I have PSP 7.0. And I can't get close to doing anything like this. What's the secret sis? *BTW, welcome. I'm getting a lot of positive messages about the VethWWGP4 figure. She seems to work for a lot of folks* =PThread: Fashion-Stage is up at 3D-Commune | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

Gorgeous Sharkey. Thank you bunches. I've been waiting for something like this. It's perfect! =PThread: I've created a character for Poser & added her to the library, but | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

Also sis, try three or four spotlights. They are a pain to work with, but are excellent with some trial and error. Delete all the lights in the editor to start. It's the trashcan icon that's with the light editor on your screen, then, go to Objects at the top, and in the dropdown box, choose "Create Spotlight". Then go to the same dropdown box and choose "Point At", and you'll get the heirarchy window. Choose the bodypart you want the spotlight to point at. Once you have it in there, it may not show much, or at all. Then do this. In the xyz settings, (you know, up, down, left, right), 0 them all and start from scratch with the position. First, bring the spotlight up a little, then pull it towards you. You will see it's effect in a few twirls of the dial. From there, you can move it around to exactly the effect you want. Hope this helps. Take care, and happy posing. =)Thread: I've created a character for Poser & added her to the library, but | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

Alright sis, first off, when your creating her, are you using a preset hairstyle? If so, just reapply it when you bring her into the interface. If your hair is custom, you may have to place it after you load her in the working screen, "then" save her again. Make sure you parent the hair to the head once you've got it where you want it. It will be with her permanently then. On your second question, the skin. Here's what I do. Go to your Render materials, and slide the "Highlight" all the way to 0 to start, then push it up if you want. For skin, I rarely use it. I have a post a few down from this one with an image in the editor. That's with the skin Highlight to 0. Heres is a link to an image I posted a few days ago. Her skin highlight is set to 0. You must do it for each part of the skin, but keep the highlights on things like eyes, lips, ect. Try zeroing that for the skin though and it should take that icky plastic look out of her. Good luck. TheP4HiResMale doesn't have a larger UV Mapped face. It has a higher polygon count, for rendering closeups and portraits. It eliminates those edges that give away the mesh in a close scene. It requires a lot of Ram to use, but I have done work in my old computer with Mobius Standard figures with only 48Megs. So it can be applied. If you cannot get it to download, I will ICQ it to you. Just send me a quick message at the 3D Commune. Thanks, and enjoy the day. =)

This table is perfect for those medival taverns scenes like D+D. I will love being able to use it. It's got a hundred uses. Thank you for the work you put into it. Love this scene too. =P

You "can't" be stumped Gene. I have applied the technique to a short animation, and it works perfectly. If a technoclutz like me can use it, anyone can. LOL! Just doesn't allow for long animations, but most moving scenes with that kind of motion are fast and short anyway. It gives an animation some great realism. Hope you can get it to work. It's worth the effort. =)
Thread: Steve Shanks "Millie Dress" Conformed? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Alright, I will. I want this dress to work. It's just too good to let vanish without making it the best it can be. So simple, yet so perfect. (To me anyways) =P. Being a technoclutz, I know it can be made to work properly. It's almost there. Just some tweaking I am sure. Nerd's tutorial is excellent, but when your programming impaired like me, even his simple explanations get you fuzzy. LOL! I'll post it for you to peek at too, and you can fuss with it to perfection. (I'll be waiting for that, LOL!) I have made 5 textures for it, and I love them all. It just gives to patterns and colors. It's that kind of garment. I'll fiddle with the file tonight and put it up for folks to try. =)

Thread: What's happening to Renderosity ? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I think I understand where Yarp is coming from. The inception of the first Poser Forum was simple. You created something, and wanted to share it. You placed it here for all to see and use. Pride was the reward back then. Yes, there is a great deal of Freestuff being placed. But...Yarp has a point. Commercialism has crept into this place in a very strong way. Oh, I understand those who wish to make some money in their creations. (I am part owner in the family business, so I "do" understand) Art isn't free in most cases. You have to pay to get into most Art museums too. Still, in a way, the innocence of the first Forum is gone now. And yes, it has gone "very" commercial. Most messages in the Poser Forum these days refer to an item you must buy in order to enjoy. Understand, my concern in buying these things is irrelevant for myself. This is my passion, playing with my HiTech Barbie Dolls. LOL! I will spend whatever I have to for whatever I wish to buy. Some people drink, some smoke, others gamble, that's where their "mad money" goes. For me, it's here, and in those things I see that fascinate me. (PhilC's Wizardess's Robe for example...beautiful, and well worth the money). But for those who cannot shell out $25 here, $50 there, $79 for a dragon, or $59 for a new male model, it's difficult. And the old Forum was a godsend to them and myself at that time. Things of incredible beauty given freely, and when someone like Anton Kesiel, spending hours planning, constructing, tweaking something like his lovely dragon would place it here for us all to use, you knew it was from the heart. Now, I see many things that are just bait, some only take you halfway there, urging you to buy the rest, while others simply ignore you if your not with cash. You are right Jack, there is a lot of new in FreeStuff. I have plans for the new TeePee that's there. It looks very well done. But still...things have changed. Some think for the better, others like Yarp, and myself at times, often remember the past. Most of us were rookies back then, worshipping the likes of Mobius, Roy Riggs, Anton, many others who showed us the way. We move on now. Things change, and we must adapt. You cannot do anything about yesterday...it's gone. Tommorow isn't here yet. You must deal with today, for it is now and commands attention. Still...sometimes it's sad to remember.

Thread: Many apologies for the long wait. Stuff available. And my new P4 Head | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Anton! =P I am very glad to see you return. I know everyone chases after the Zygote Dragon, but I have enjoyed yours very much. I did a little movie with him, for a contest in an online game. I even named him Kisiel. LOL! Well, I am happy you've returned. Your dreams are so much fun, and they give us so much to make ours come true too. I hope your endeavors give you much success. Welcome back to us. =)
