Thread: Creating MAT Pose files... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
For Poser there is no limit on the number of figures and props. Your PC's memory is the limitation. Yuo will notice that everything is slowing down if you reach the limits. To get a better picture you can change to cartoon mode. Though I prefer to change the transparancy slider to 0 when I'm posing and change it again to 100 for rendering.

Yes thats true. I'm living in The Netherlands and our queen is on the flip side. I didn't scan those because I don't know about the legal stuff. With the notes for instance it is not allowed to scan them without putting some text like specimen in it.

Check the readme.html file. It gives you directions about the missing dll's. It should work fine then. The first time it starts it asks for your the directory where Poser.exe is located. This is usually x:program filescurious labsposer4, where x is the drive letter.

I've run into this problem also. The conforming goes wrong if you apply it to a posed figure. Its better to dress the model in default position. If you save the pose you can load the figure again in default position, dress her and then apply the pose. Everything should be allright now.

Thread: Insufficient Disk Space... URGENT! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I just saw yhis solution at another forum: After pulling my hair out over the "no more memory for rendering at this resolution" message and trying a lot of diffrent suggestions, none of which worked, I desided to isolate poser from everything else on my PC. I used Pation'omatic (which doesn't require reinstallation of any software afterwards) to make another drive (I allocated 10GB) and moved all my poser (software only) files to here, poser now runs as the only thing on this drive and renders my animations with no problems.... Simple but effective trick. Hope this works for someone else too. Trine Maybe this will do the trick!!

If you run W2K make sure that the drive where you installed Poser is included in your virtual memory settings. Then you won't have the memory problem anymore. To do this, right-click on my computer, click properties, go to the advanced tab, click performance options. Then click on the change button. Include the drive where Poser lives. Give it sufficient space, minimum 2 x RAM and maximum 4 x RAM. After a restart you are out of problems. I did this when I had W2K. I did not have the problem in XP (yet). I did some large renders at 4000x2000, 2400dps. I must say that I have 512Mb Ram. Hope this helps.

Nance, Yes, .psd is the Photoshop file format. You can also use these files in Paintshop Pro. Don't know about other programs.

I had a similar problem lately. Accidently I deleted the whole Poser directory. I found a tool from R-tools that got me back in business in about 15 minutes. They have different versions, FAT 32 and NTFS. See the attached link. In a kind of explorer window you can see the deleted files and recover them. Especially for NTFS this is one of the few utilities.Thread: here is "my" dina :what do you think about her? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I got an email with the update link yesterday. It contains a lite version of Dina and a cr2 with the shoulder fix.

Thread: Looking for Dutch Poser artists to start a Dutch poser gallery and download | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I'm a Dutch Poser guy but don't forget the ladies. They are the cream on the cake. :) Henk
