Thanks both of you! I haven't tried the zooming yet but the lack of IK on the legs (only ones that were set that way) and the turning everything to linear did wonders. When I added a standing pose, my figure kinda floated to his feet but I can add keyframes to fix that. But, much much better! Just gonna take time to learn the ropes. I hope y'all are patient with me.

blush Ok, I put PS pants on PT figure. Nevermind...sheesh, I shoulda known that they would fit if I chose the right clothing article. The PT/PS confused me at first. hehehe, yeah, yeah, that's the ticket. It wasn't a dumb mistake, it was confusion...caused by too much exposure to the computer terminal. Or the earth's magnetic field shifted in my specific locale...yeah, that's even better! I'll learn about scaling, in time. Ok...but, but...what about the baseball cap!! ;) Don't answer, I'll look at it more carefully. Geez, I REALLY need to pause before I post. signing off still red... Steve

Thanks, I'll check the tips...I was gonna give up for tonight but am trying to get the baseball cap fit the standard p4 boys head. If nothing else, I am dedicated! :) Of course, the cap is a prop rather than clothing but once I can get it fit properly, I can parent it to the head so I don't lose it.

Yes, I did that first. I had the Daz boy and Daz boy jeans and conformed 'em and they still didn't fit. They did move to the proper position. That's why I bought the Daz stuff, cause I got so frustrated trying to make things fit and then the daz clothes didn't fit their models. :) sigh
Thread: Status for SR3 | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Whoa, I just posted about going back to Poser 4...sounds like it was a good decision on my part. I would have to kill the program when it hung up on loading, 2 or 3 times. Each time it would get a bit further. After using it once, it would start up nicely most subsequent times so I imagine cacheing is already there. K said there might be a further sr after 3? Well, that's nice considering most of the issues everyone mentioned aren't addressed in the proposed 3. I agree with someone elses comment about why do mac and japanese versions while there are still bugs? Ach, what happened to quality workmanship in this country? Make alternate versions with same bugs to just make more money? Shame! Ah well, not my problem, I am out the bucks for 5 but I can use 4....
