I suspect one can highlight the relevant items in the Animation Palette; and (for Windows users) press Ctrl-C to copy into the Clipboard.
The clipboard contains ascii text with lines for each frame and actor.
It would be simple to write an app which could read the clipboard, reverse the entries; and then paste back into the Windows clipboard. Then, the User could only 'paste' the results back into the Animation Window.
Thread: Using HDRI | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thank you for the reminder about using HDRI within Poser.
I was wondering whether anyone regularly rendered using HDRI for some purpose outiside of Poser. Given the options for modifying an HDRI image (using external apps), would it be better to render in a particular way? Perhaps by trying to avoid strong contrasting shades and to keep smooth shadows.
As far as I can see, there should be no reason to use an external app, but I am wondering whether it really may be easier to get a final desired result by using an external app; rather than relying entirely on Poser.

I agree with JohnDoe641. There are many advantages of exporting as a collection of still images; and then using standard Video editing software to create the final movie. Here are some reasons:
Thread: Semi-Realistic Water in Poser | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Quote - How much is wrong or right, in your opinion? I happen to remember I did that with IBL, not IDL.
I am sorry, I am only a beginner here. I think your examples are astonishingly good! I am currently at the stage of trying to following those excellent threads. Like yourself, I like the Maths aspect of Shaders. However, I am trying hard to understand all your examples. And at the same time learning all the proper terms and expressions.
(I referred to IDL and SSS because I am wanting to use Poser2012's features; perhaps mistakenly believing (from other threads) that I should avoid IBL.)

Latexluv's image looks lovely. But why is there a thin line below the lower lip? I have seen this before in Poser; and was not sure how to remove it.
Thread: rendering with real life photos | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks to mrsparky for those tips and link.
Whilst there are many ways to superimposing computer graphics over real life photos, I have not seen in the Forums any examples of it being done, particularly with human figure, entirely seamlessly. Has any an example of 2 heads, side by side, where viewers are unable to determine which head is real?
Thread: (just for fun). Something to make experts cringe | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thank you all for your kind words.
AFAIK, all the props are available 'free' with licences allowing non-commercial use. I think the Gretch came from http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/guitar-3d-model/368259 , but I can provide you (PrecisionXXX) with the 3ds file which I used.
Thanks to cspear's link to the cow clip. I feel alot better after watching that rubbish. Are there alot of Poser animations on YouTube other than the 'tutorials'? Perhaps by the time anyone can create the animation; they are off selling their skills somewhere.

Good! And when I see some of the images in these Forums (e.g. Staffs Picks) I think how lovely if I could see them move.
I have a computing and music background, not an art/design one. My drawing skill are practically zero. As a result, I shall continue to follow this Forum, in the hope of eventually making sense of it all. (My YouTube channel contains my earlier animations, but they won't appeal to everyone.)
Thread: Confused about using Images/Displacement/Pixels | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Their developers have now accepted there is a bug, possibly within the rendering code. I guess I shall now wait for any service pack.
Thread: Confused about using Images/Displacement/Pixels | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I have raised this issue with SM. They agree that something unexpected is occuring; and have passed the matter to the developers for their comment or explanation.

Thank you again.
In both examples, the cross is clearly visible - but not the 1 pixel wide lines which run down the entire length of 2 of the edges of the TIF.

My thanks to all the responses to my post. There were many helpful suggestions and considerations.
I am grateful to Vilters. I had misunderstood the purpose of MSR. Setting a low value has now produce a vastly more 'accurate' render. Also, I was unaware that Poser's accuracy would be affected if the Image was not in those 4 particular sizes.
I think Millighost's explanation of the sampling and 'linear interpolation' (I need to research a little more , to understand that) well explains how the inaccuracies occur. I don't mind Poser having limitation, but I like to know what they are.
As an example, I attach a 512*512 uncompressed TIF file.
http://www.tima.uk.com/img/simple_lines.tif
It is entirely black, other than some 1 pixel wide lines (on 2 of the edges, and a cross near the centre). When adding it as a displacement image, no displacement occurs.
I would be grateful if someone might check, as I am a bit new to using Poser. And may easily have done the wrong thing.
