Sure and I'll post my sketches! .....as soon as I hook up this scanner. Ahhhh never mind. I have a wacom pad. I always forget about that thing and it is even hocked up. I'm so used to using pen and paper that I forget that I can do these things in photoshop.

Cool. Are you going to work on the wings? I still have not found a sound solution so I just might but some there arbitrarily and see what comes of it.

Yeah I have some comments. Looks good so far however there should be more density around the areas of morphing so that when you or if you apply endormorphs, you can do more with falloff. I would bandsaw around the eyes and the mouth to add density to them.

Are us subdividing??? It looks like a cone shape at the top. I would knife the cone in half, delete the peak, then weld the existing points with their counter along the intersecting axis. That should smoothen things up. It is also much easier to diagnose if you post a wireframe or wire shade of the problem areas.

I was just thinking about how this model is going to function. I mean okay, I have the eyes set forward like that of a predator so that is working however the tail is throwing me through a loop. The seems to be very heavy like that of a gator or Komomdo or something. Wouldn't it seem appropriate during animation that its hips would have to sway in order to compensate for the weight of the tale unless it simply dragged the tail along which would not make sense being that this is predator. I know that it flys but what is the function of the tail. It seems too heavy be act as a good counter balance or gyro stablilizer. I may end up making it smaller for animation and keeping it large for base design. The ankles are also very large which would effect speed on the ground. It is a heavy beast which means that the wings would have to be pretty large to carry it. Just some functional observations. It could be a hell beast that flies with more than wings, but with magic as well.
