My very first adjustment on PE would be most likeley changing proportions. Height, body part scale ect. The next and most difficult step for me is, how the hell can I get a Roxy character out of her? ;-)
haha, don't worry, we'll make a plan
Thank you very much. I actually will come back to that. Till now, I don't have any idea, how to do that. I guess, I'm gonna go with a trial and error process. ;-)

About pricing and selling.
I'm kicking this baby off at CGbytes hopefully at Xmas, if not then just after (it also needs to be Q&A'd). CGbytes was practically made for Project Evolution because my main location Renderotica wouldn't be a suitable place to host something like this. The manager of CGbytes invested a lot in me and PE for years, it was also his idea in a way, so we do owe him some support. Its a very safe place, a lot of work went into it, and with the release imminent, you will be seeing some changes at CGbytes soon. Renderosity knows about the deal and they're supporting it anyway. They've supported figures from other stores for years, and they really want so see Project Evolution kick off too. I think we Poser users all really want a fun and crazy new Poser figure that doesn't hold back in any way, don't we?
So the base won't be available here or just not right away? I don't shop at small, third-party sites. I have too much content that is irreplaceable from when I used to shop at smaller stores that have disappeared. Forgive me if I'm misunderstanding. I haven't had enough caffeine.
don't worry cgBytes is not a small 3rd party site. It is as trustfull as any other Rendo, DAZ site. You can pay with Paypal, if you like.

About pricing and selling.
Pricing... not entirely finalized. My initial idea was to sell her in bits and pieces, in modules, but that doesn't give vendors the freedom they need to create wild characters for you, and we definitely want that, right? So it might be the whole thing for now. There will probably be a free demo version, which I will make available here too, but its just a very basic version to get an idea. It will definitely be a fair price lol!
Haha, I am used to DAZ Complete Figure Bundle prizes. Don't worry. How much worse can it get?

I don't expect it to be 100% perfect. What I don't like is sloppyness and thinking they get away with this. This is so SmithMicro. What is different, this time is, that we could watch, how this baby has come alive. We have been updated almost monthley about PE status for years. We all were updated, on what issue Ero is working on. To be honest, most of us even didn't know, there was an issue like this. And we have thousands of renders showing Pe's bending abilities. This is why people trust in his work. My very first adjustment on PE would be most likeley changing proportions. Height, body part scale ect. The next and most difficult step for me is, how the hell can I get a Roxy character out of her? ;-)

Hi Ero, thank you for this figure. Thanks for all the effort, you put in her. I guess, we owe you some hair, some years and some extra vacation. You said, you did the best you can. We were watching the devel... evolution for years. We know for sure, you did your best. You did better, than most of us ever could. It is now time for you to lean back and relax. The rest is now up to us. To make our scenes, our wardrope, our morphs, our poses, our stories, our images with her. Again thank you.

What will she cost ? and does she have Female Anatomical Elements ?
Ahem... fascinating Sir. Where have you been the past 3??? years? ProjectE is the main dominating topic during the past years. Erogenesis has blogs, forum posts and comics showing the potenial of his upcoming figure. And yes, she has "anatomical elements" - detailed. https://erogenesis.blogspot.de/p/project-e.html https://erogenesis.blogspot.de/search?updated-max=2016-04-16T11:40:00-07:00&max-results=7&start=7&by-date=false Some infos about his figure must have been deleted. This may be the first time a Poser only figure has realistic looking anatomical elements.

I wouldnt rely on only one of those two programs. Easier to use is Poser. Poser has the some handy tools like dependencie editor and the morph brush. In DS tools are mostley hidden in tabs and right click menues. Figure bendings and render results are better in DS.
Not starting a war here, even though I know people love it here on the forum But can you clarify what you mean with the last line, as already stated im not an expert on Daz so im curios to what you mean.
Figure bendings are better in Daz?
Doesn't that depend on the figure used and how it is rigged rather than the software used or does Daz use something to improve on it, that Poser cant do?
Render results are better in Daz?
I agree that render setting controls are better in Daz, which at least to me is primarily due to having better control over your HDRI map, which Poser can't do from what I know off. But in regards to render result (Iray vs Superfly) the results are pretty similar in my opinion. Not sure how Firefly compares to 3Delight, But can you explain what you mean?
I admit, it is my very personal opinion. To avoid a war, I am going to send you a PM.

We will see how serious SM is taking care of their figures, when we have P&PV2 in our runtimes. I am sceptical about this. Now that ProjectE is on the way, I am even more sceptical, because PE shows, what is possible and what have should have been done by SM before. But we'll see, what they will look like.

Whether one prefers to use one single mesh for all characters, or several different meshes to get the job done, is totally up to individual preferences. Neither is more 'correct' than the other, and I wish some people would stop preaching that other people are 'doing it wrong', just because they prefer a different method! The end result is the same, so why not just let people do what they want?
I appreciate your attempt to ease the waves, but the question has been "where is Poser going?". It is obvious, that Poser cannot be taylored to everone's individual needs. It is natural, that users try to pull Poser in their direction. It doesn't make sense to surpress an argueing, it is more important, that this arguing remains fair, without personal attacks and insults.

What drives me mad about Poser is, that it is allmost amaizing. ALLMOST. If it was just bad, you could say meh and ignore it, but it excites brings you up and allmost there, right before the top, it lets you down. DARN !!!
