I haven't actually stopped collecting information or re-reading anything. However, for the past 3 to 4 weeks, I've literally felt like I've had both my feet dangling in my grave. And when I wasn't feeling half-dead, I wasn't feeling up to snuff much to be experimenting. Still not.
However, as for your basic material's settings, that already exists. PhilC has some material settings all worked out , but it's currently broken in Poser 11. (May be a Python thing.) Works in earlier versions of course, and you can manually enter the settings in P11.

To be honest, the only characters McDonald's has ever sold that I've ever wanted were the California Raisins.

AmbientShade This is why I'm asking questions. I don't know what to do and I'm trying to figure that out. My strengths are Art n Imagination. So I half to find where there fit that I make it. Starvation is not a option.
Don't know if I'll make it but I would like to make a 3D movie. Was thinking along the way I could sell the meshes n make comics with the meshes. I realize how insane I sound but if mickyd's keep having there $1.99 sales n I sell a few meshes n comics along the way. who knows.
McDonald's isn't just going to to fork over a bunch of money for cartoon characters that no one has ever seen or heard of before, Rorrkonn. So that's definitely not the way to go.

Two small suggestions. One: I think her knees need to be smoothed out. From what I see above, the joint is too prominent for my tastes. Two: how about a morph to spread the butt cheeks a bit?
Thread: How do you determine the price of a model? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Isn't Poserworld an independent vendor? I've never seen Allen or Steve sell their stuff anywhere else although I could easily be wrong.

The fact that you have Roxie hast just rewritten reality for me.
P.S. Just a personal observation from me... Genesis models have a fantastically realistic looking body, but all of their faces tend to look like plastic mannequins. Is that the model, IRay or my imagination?

EClark1894 u didn't have a quote button ???
Anyways I haven't read the thread.
there isn't really a market for blender
game meshes sell at unreal n unity daz even sells there
anyways there no difference between subded turbos n renderosity meshes.
the price depend on what format it is
exact same mesh in .max format is worth a lot more then exact same mesh in .obj format
the format names the price.
Why???
Thread: Getting the best from Poser's Cloth Room. | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
A quick tip: Dynamic clothing can be save as either a PP2 prop or a wave front object. One essential difference between them is that a PP2 prop MAY have save dynamic settings information stored in it, which means Poser will recognize that it has been clothified once before. Poser will ask about this if it has. You should check the Read me's of any dynamic clothing you buy to see if the vendor has included any dynamic information in the clothing. In any case, you should check the geometry file in the runtime for a "clean" object file if that's what you prefer.

Thread: Is it worth it? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Actually, I think the consensus was yes it is worth it. I didn't personally pick a side but I'd definitely upgrade. In fact, I did. You can also just wait until they have a sale to upgrade. Some of the upgrade deals are terrific.

Thanks for that, Hope. What can I say? I was in the Poser forum when I started, but I have fat fingers and I am on a tablet.

If you import your obj mesh into poser and then go into the setup room and create a rig where you assign each of the walls to a bone then when the user wants to hide a wall all they need to do is turn the visibility of that bone off and the wall will be hidden.
Thanks, keppel. I never sold have thought of that solution.

Quote - Beats me. Maybe those who can't afford morph packs and texture sets.
I don't mind SP3 in the default state; it looks rather like Juliette Lewis. Even unmorphed V3 isn't bad looking.
In fact, P5 Judy looks superb when rendered without lights. :)
Heh, actually that was the case for me when I first started doing my webcomic, Android. I didn't have the morph sets for Laura 3, so could only change skin color and hair to try and make her look somewhat different. I got roundly criticsed about doing that and went out and bought the morph set which I hardly ever use.
