Well, no, cancel doesn't work with updater 3. :( I vaguely remember there was a trick to it, but darned if it comes to me now. I'm quite sure I even wrote a message here about it, but I can't find it. In essence I uninstalled Poser 5 (on purpose) but accidentally uninstalled Poser 4. Don't ask. Some days you should NOT touch a computer. LOL When I re-installed Poser 4 over my previously working Poser4/Propack folder, it made a backup for me. So I ended up using those files instead of the updater. My folder of backup Poser files was missing a file or two I discovered, so I didn't dare use that. Seems to be working now. But I'm sure this won't be the last time I'll have to do this.

Looks great, but, Vise installer?

Cannot open the resource file RuntimelibrariescharacterCurios CreaturesCurio Ent.obj. Something in the CR2 has the wrong path..it migrated itself to the pz3. Note it's looking for the obj in the character folder, not Geometries.

Lumping all non-standard interfaces together is not really fair. Bryce's is the most functional of the lot and easiest to use as well as being the most attractive. I've never found Poser's to be as functional. However, the trackball is a wonderful invention for mouse users. And I suspect there's a big gap between mouse users (I mean USERS) and those who prefer keyboard input.

I find it's more efficient (for me) to click the face to go to the face camera, rather than ctrl= or whatever. I don't know, seems to me it's no shortcut if you have to take your hand off the mouse to use two hands to hit the keys. Then find the mouse again. CTRL-S, Ctrl-D, z,x,c and v use only one hand so I use them constantly. Ctrl-U for Materials takes TWO hands so I use my mouse and get there from the menu. There is a method to my madness. My hand rarely leaves the mouse except to type in a name in a save dialog.

Okay. I'm all straightened out. Have my annual membership, they're cancelling my monthly, and I got the tuna fish. Guess I can go find something else to grouse about now :) I'm getting old. Sigh.

I've got to say this whole business seems so stupid to me. They've taken a simple concept and complicated it beyond reason. I've now renewed my annual with the monthly WHICH I DONT WANT. I would GLADLY waive the 30-day money-back guaranty if I could have paid for an annual by credit card!!! I was so mad last night that at one point I said to myself 'screw DAZ'. This is no way to make a customer feel who has already placed 254 orders. And to top it off there was a glitch in the order process last night so not only have I been charged for the monthly renewal, it's also listed as automatic and I can't get rid of it so I will be charged again when my annual expires in 5 days. Have to contact them to straighten that out. Seems to me you're penalizing your best customers. The vouchers go to waste because I already have the DAZ original items I want. I also have 90% of the bonus items already, the remaining ones I don't have for a reason....I didn't want them when they came out. Except the tuna fish. And all the items that were former freebies I already have since I've been a loyal DAZ follower since before it separated from Zygote and haven't missed one single week. I've always given DAZ the benefit of the doubt and thought their marketing and service was top notch. What happened?

Where does it show what the bonus is? I can't find it anywhere :( Or you don't find out until you renew? heading back to DAZ....

My membership runs out in a matter of DAYS. I plan to renew for the annual, not the monthly, and I STILL do not know if using a CC through Paypal will be allowed...even though mine is a debit card, it's treated as a CC for all intents and purposes. And sometimes I get the newsletter, sometimes I don't. Sigh. I don't want to miss this one. I trust that my membership will be worth it even though I didn't indulge in M3 (I might be able to afford M3 hisself, but not being able to clothe him makes the purchase kinda moot ;) )

I remember this issue being discussed long ago. As I recall there's nothing to be done about it. It was a (nice) quirk of NT that allowed those menus to behave that way.

My complaint was about process. Not individuals. I really wanted to see products, such as yours which was an update to the product here, added to my purchase list over there. It's been pointed out to me that that is not the store's responsibility. So be it. I can still hope.
