Well ron I don't know about them coming to US... But I know that at some point down the road I hope to have money enough to do that, and stay here for a few weeks at a time.... Ron I came to us from brazil to learn the computer graphics craft, left behind a daughter, family and friends, .... Well I ended up seing that I couldn't do art without them.... Today I have my trip back allready booked, just finishing up my cc bill s and I'm gone, I'll loose all the tech side, the big companys where the big money is... but then, and only then I'll be able to do ART again.... yeah add more memory to photo and be sure to have lot's of hard space availeble too.... hehehehehehhehe..... and I'd say try working with smaller sizes and then at final with larger files....

too confusing as a image, the rendering and technic is good but u can do better....

I also have everything installed, including the kitchen sink on winxp on a p1.5 and poser runs allright, sometimes it kind of take a few secs but that's when I've got some other app runing.... so....

try brazil.... 50 bucks = almost as a minimum wage that most of the population lives with for a month..... try poser.... =500 dollar or more..... and there u go... I'll buy it.... whenever i make money enough.....

well, i've been collecting files since it wasn't yet renderosity, but poserforum... lost too many hard drives... today i don't know how many cds i have with poser stuff on it... however on my comp, including everything (misc 3d models too) i have about 17 megs of files.... and i almost don't download anymore (don't have money to buy daz anyways) so..... i'm not concerned.... but i do back up the stuff that i have..... once every month.... and yes i'm a poserholic... now i come to renderosity just to look at the models..... hehehehehehehehehehehehhehehehe

i believe, from the little that i understood that when u uninstalled bryce four, some shared file with five were uninstalled together.... so, based on this, windows still thinks that u have bryce 4 installed right? deal is sometimes win don't recoganize versions.... I'd try to del the bryce folder, there shouldn't be any prob with shared files since corel place them somewhere else... and then reboot and try to install again. if u r using win me,2000,xp it might be wise to try the system restore, it usually does a good job... if not perhaps reintalling 4 and then uninstalling then installing 5.... if nothing works do what bill gates use to do back when he was begining (and where windows got it's name from) .... trow the comp out the WINDOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just my two cents

hi the ppi/dpi should be up to what and how good would u like to present your work. say this needs to be a high res file for a client, than i'd sugest at least 350dpi for bitmaps images, if vector art than it wouldn't matter. and also the size needs to be adjusted, the higher the res and size the better print one gets.... however if this is to be printed on a newspaper or something like that than it can be at 150.... just my two cents

my friend, from what I heard I think u may have set up your brownser that way, perhaps somehow u may have check a seting that says, hide this window or something like that, meaning your brownser is doing all the work automaticly.... if u have netscape these settings are somewhere under edit preferences, than u must find cause I don't exactly remember where, if u have internet ex. will be under internet settings on your control panel, assuming your are usin blowindows... it may not even you who did anything, sometime a prog will go crazy or so.... anyways my comp almost talks to me....hehehehehehhe hope I've been of some help one other thing, I'd sugest creating a folder called netdownloads or whatever but to make sure u download everything there, .... it will make life a lot easier....
