the interface is very similar to bryce, i never use it, but it seens good. Can to import the poser scene is great, but if it is only static scene without animations....

If you use a material from material libraries, some of them has diferent materias depending of altitude of model, to use them in montains.

Export the max model in obj format or 3ds format. If when you import it in poser seens like it had holes, export from poser in obj format and reimport it in poser again.

I think a faster procesor. But have more memory always help when you are in a complex scene. The Pc havent to go to HD everytime you need to do something in the scene.

No, you cant export a complete scene, the only thing you can export to max or lightwave is a terrain with textures.

this community lives now, woth poser 4, this comunity doesnt need necesary work with poser 5 to live. If someone need update poser 4, well, do it, but The price of update will be more expensive ( the cost of a protection system, other things..) For my part, i only want poser4.

n. Whatever the protection will be, it will be cracked by the warez people, and the only thing the protection will do is that we all "legal" people will have many headaches. Well, Cl will do CL wants.
