Try pressing Ctrl-G (if you're on a PC) that toggles the ground plane on and off... additionally, the ground is actually only a simple plane, so if you rotate your camera past a certain degree it'll disapear until it's rendered.
Thread: **** 'DigitalBabes' site update **** | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I want to go home NOW and download, but I can't... otherwise they won't pay me... sigh Do you ever wonder just how many hits Kozaburo's site gets in one day when he releases a new hair model...
Thread: LateXa's finger and toenail colors....how to change | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I don't have LateXa, so I don't know how you'd go about changing the color of her nails, but you could create fingernail props right inside poser... just use the grouping tool, select the finger joint on the end with the nail, create a new group, add the material for "Nails" and then spawn a new prop... if the reason you can't change the nail color on Latexa (which this is what I'm betting is the case) is that the nails have been grouped into another material, you won't be able to spawn the nail props from LateXa, but you could do it with any other figure that the nails are still grouped to their own material and parent the nail to the appropriate finger, save them as "smart" props and then reload them onto LateXa... if you get completely lost and can't figure it out, and if there isn't any other nail prop out there, I could make them for you, just ask.
Thread: What is "SmartHair"? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
You're right in a way though... a "smart" prop is one that parents itself to where it's supposed to go... so you weren't wrong... :) Thanks for the textures you uploaded recently to the freestuff too shadowcat, I've already used the Victoria one in an image in the galleries.

Actually SmartHair is a product from Alla which is available in the Marketplace... I would've posted a link to it here, but for some reason I'm having problems getting into the Marketplace to find the link. I don't have it myself, but it looks pretty good.

I'm not familiar with the game at all... could you do a screen cap and post it so that those of us who don't know the game can see?
Thread: RemC's figures minus butt in Pro... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
though I should add that it wasn't one of RemC's figures, it was the default P4 male that I had modified.

I forget what I was doing before, but I had the same problem... I ended up turning the "genitalia" switch off or on I forget which, and it fixed it.

Or even more alternatively, you coud group the lower parts of the legs into a new group, assign it a new material, and make set that material to 100% transparent... I do that a lot with body parts that poke through clothing where I don't want it to, when I can't just make a body part invisible. But that might be overkill in this case.

Taper the shins and it'll pull them into the boot without having to turn them off, you can taper them by like 1% or less normally and it works, but do turn off the feet and toes if you haven't already.

Who says you have to retire posette even if you do get Vicky... I still use both... and if you get Posavic you can use Posette with Vicky's textures...
Thread: Going for a teen look, suggestions? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Well, this won't effect the morph, I think that it looks good, but you may want to try lessening the make up in the texture a little... the rosey cheeks are good for making a character look younger, but it seems like it's a bit more than just a natural pink tone... but then that could also be from the .jpg compression of the image itself...
