I had to find an easy (and cheap!) way of watermarking a batch of pics recently (for an artist's website I was building - she does black & white indian ink drawings, dead easy to steal if you have a mind to), and I found a bit of software that did the job easily. You might want to check it out (these are visible watermarks, not embedded). It's called ReaWatermark, and you can download it from the linked site above. Hope someone finds it useful!Thread: Keep ladynimue in your thoughts | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

I use both Daz's Cyclorama and RDNA's Cyclodrop. I am another one who doesn't like the combination of photographic backgrounds with rendered figures - I prefer rendered backgrounds, but often don't have the time/can't be bothered/haven't the inspiration to make my own. I'd love to see some backdrops built along the lines of a stage set - I'm thinking of the sort of sets I remember from when my parents used to drag me to the ballet as a child. Not photorealistic, stylised, and dramatic!

Thank you so much for these! You've just extended my Vicki 3 repetoire by 5! Looking forward to using them - it's so generous of you to give them away, and it's really appreciated!

As another Poser person who is fond of using models who are larger than the standard Vicki (not necessarily larger than the standard woman, though!), I've had a couple of comments left which refer to the size of my subject, too! I love your image, LSM - and I think that, from an artistic point of view, fleshier models have more interesting folds and shapes than yer basic taut Vicki. I'm just off to add you to my favourite artists, LSM - I would have missed this latest work if you'd not highlighted it here - and I was very impressed with your previous rubenesque lady, too! (I think I left a comment to that effect at the time). Would also love to hear from others who use non-standard body shapes for Vicki - I find them inspiring!

My name is Darkginger and I have a Big Ashtray... Apart from filling that up, I also drink coffee, make coffee, let dogs in and out, tend to husband's coffee needs, look out of the window (we have a great view across a bay to mountains), listen to music if the hubbie puts it on (I don't dare try to play music on this machine at the same time as running Poser - it's that delicately balanced!), remove cats from keyboard - and that's about it!

The technicalities of limiting posting to one image a day shouldn't be a problem - there's already a 3 a day limit, isn't there? I haven't noticed many people posting more than one image a day anyway - and sometimes I think it's good that my latest/greatest render gets quickly buried - I tend to go off them (or maybe see more clearly) about 30 seconds after posting...

Hi Porthos - waving at you from a bit up the coast here - Co. Mayo! Oh, and I might as well do a site plug (see link above!) whilst I'm here - we've got a lot of links to resources for learning Irish on it and (to keep it on topic for the Poser forum!) we've just launched a Celtic Tarot card project - a bit like the 'Osity year-long card contest, but without any prizes, or end date! My Irish gets me as far as 'I'm fine, how are you...' and 'thank you'!Thread: Art Gallery - Hot 20 | Forum: Community Center
Well, I don't know whether you've done something, or whether it's coincidence - but I just took a look at the Hot 20 - and wow! For once, I think every image deserves to be there on its own merit - it's wonderful to behold!
Thread: Bye-Bye (Violence) --- Comments Needed | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I agree - it definitely needs a bit more 'redding'. As for the dripping parts - if you have Eye Candy 4000, it has a drip filter that makes wonderful oozing drips - I always use it if I have to 'drip' anything, cos I can't draw! Only one other suggestion - the eyes are a little off focus - I mean, they're not quite pointing at the camera (very nearly, but not exactly!). You can fix this by either selecting each eye, then going to the object menu and slecting 'point at' and making them look at whichever camera you're using , or (and this works better, really, and was suggested by someone else here when I was asking a question about it) you can use a ball or something from the basic props that come with Poser, bung it into the scene, make the eyes point at it, then move it around until they're looking in the right direction, then turn the prop invisible. One last point - there's something odd about the second pic - did you perhaps use the sharpen filter on it? It's jut a bit 'dotty' here and there. Oh gawd, and I just thought of something else - the first pic is a bit too blurry for my taste - if you had areas covered by the 'red mist' that contrasted with other, clearer ares, it might work a bit better. I'll shut up now, and go back to cooking Sunday lunch (roast beef!). Do let us know when there's a finished version - I'd love to see it!
Thread: Universal Wings | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
On the subject of the Universal Wings - has anyone else found problems with getting them to conform? Mine seem to end up somewhere around the hip area of the figure, and I have to do lots of fiddling to get them anywhere near the right place (I've been using them with Vicki 2). I'm probably missing something obvious - any hints appreciated!
Thread: Inject: SuperModel is this a V3 morph? What folder is it in? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Both the inactive Supermodel and the working Buxom morphs are in the 'Full Body' folder, btw.

I'm a rubenesque, pear-figure and heavy user (hmm...not sure I want to say that, exactly!). I'd like to see things designed for those body shapes - which, as any rubenesque user will tell you does not necessarily mean clothes for pinups sized up! There's a rubenesque dress at PoserWorld - thanks Steve! - but that's the only item of clothing I've seen specifically designed for the more voluptuous (and there's another morph I use a lot) Vicki. I'd like some loose-fitting clothing - both fantasy and everyday type wear - just one larger long/short morphable smock/caftan/robe type thing would be great - especially if it could be used closed or open down the front. I'm sure there's something out there like this that could be Tailored to fit, but I just haven't found it yet! (or got The Tailor, come to that...)
Thread: I feel like such a twit! | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Just one suggestion - I don't know if you've moved the figure from its original position before rendering - I've found with a few light sets that they point at the default origin of figures, rather than at the figures themselves, so if you move your person, the lights cease to point at them. Could be your figure has moved too close to the lights? Now I move the camera instead! (This had me puzzled for ages with RDNA's dramatic shadows set)
Thread: *********Poser Monthly Challenge... rule/definition discussion ************ | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Not trying to stir things up here, but I wonder why the obssession with nudity, and no concern at all about violence? Personally, I agree with those who've said that the TOS should apply - although I do see a difficulty there - people who have the nudity flag checked so they don't see the scary naked people won't see the challenge entries which contain booby bits (I assume), and therefore probably won't vote for them (although nothing is certain!). Glad I don't have to make the ruling - I don't envy those who do!
