psssst!  More coupons lately and I just looked at my "render rewards" total so far for this month... eeek!  I'm WAY over my "old" monthly spending of $100 per month!  GRIN!

 I'm also trying a new background vendor BECAUSE her item was in the $4.99 Thursday category... soooo looks like you won me over! LOL!

 Now feeling even more like Rendo is THE store to shop at!  

I bought one of them...but I'm asking for the merchants to create them FOR ME (US).... :)   I'm a bit chicken to do it myself... and with ALL the characters for V4 and Genasis, just wish the vendors would offer them for the DAWN, DUSK, and now Luna owners. 

ANNNNDDDD IT'S PENDING AGAIN.... whimper!  LOL!  It's awful that I have such a "need" for INSTANT gratification...!  I had just hoped to use one of the hairs I bought (with my credit card through Pay Pal) to set up a new art piece this am... I ASSUME if I come back in 2-3 hours, it will be cleared... but just speaking up IN CASE... My Pay Pal says the charge went through on my cc - I double checked that.

 I bet there are a LOT of shoppers right now!

oh gosh, how did I miss that one?  I did JUST take the survey (not knowing there was a coupon as a reward) and was pleasantly surprised!  YAY!

 And to be honest, I almost never check my Rendo E MAIL, it's so stuffed with notices that I can't seem to turn off (have tried many times).....so once in a long while I just go there and delete all unread.

I DID like (and maybe others didn't) getting coupon notices HERE in my PM mail.

oh and PS....the 'catch up' thing of ALL THE FLASH SALES...going on... I honestly don't have TIME to weed through ALL those items/pages....I look at my wish list, see that nothing is on sale...and that's that.

Sorry Fabi, I just got back here... life stuff.... but I did VERY easily "just" bring in the conforming PROP bracelet, from my V4 library, Then EXPORTED it, with most of the boxes ticked. Then I re-imported it, and saved it as a prop...... then once Dawn was posed and ready, I brought the new prop into the scene, and moved it by trans- XYZ into place on her wrist, and ASSIGNED YOUR materials as I liked...then RENDERED! :)  yay! 

I understand that these items are not meant to go on Dawn, because her rigging is all different. BUT when you are as determined as I am, to use all my "Fabi treasures" - well I found a way. I did the same thing with your conforming CHARACTER the ribbon necklace...carefully ticking the boxes to keep the material zones...re-imported it, sized and placed it on Dawn's neck.  Of course it does not have all your nice morphs, but most of those refer to V4's mesh anyway.  I made it work.

Much of poser (with a static, single frame render) is an "ILLUSION" anyway, as long as it looks like it's right, it works.  AND I am very much a "post work" person, so I can fix any little things, like shadows that are not right.     :) 

ok...it sorted itself out, apparently...(after a couple of hours) so all's well that end's well! :)

Through I am not an animator, I'm assuming you will be focusing on ALL aspects of Poser... CONGRATULATIONS!  It just DAWNED on me that it was YOU that taught me how to use the cloth room in that youtube video I have book marked and go back to now and then! I've been afraid of the cloth room forever...but HAD to learn it, since a large % of clothes for Dawn are dynamic...and now seem to remember a voice saying hi, this is Chuck with Nerd3d... wait... WITH?? um.... is "Nerd3D" more than one person?  or wouldn't it be This is Chuck, pause Nerd3d, now I'm confused.... grin!

CONGRATULATIONS CHUCK!   :)    One thing I have wished for in Poser (though I do see there is a thread FOR that here at Rendo) ...but since I hope to have your attention...I'll speak up.... IS the ability to MOVE THE RENDERING IMAGE WHILE IT IS RENDERING... like in Carrara - that is so handy to check on the quality of the render or simply to check on where it is, in the process...-I do LARGE renders so most of the time it's "off screen" - and yes I do do test renders, but hey, it's nice, and its FUN to watch rendering in process. 

um and yes, I am a professional "run-on sentence writer"....sorry bout that. :)

I am yes, going to JUST enter my paypal e mail and password, so I never enter my cc number again... grins gleefully! .... and yes, I've 'hooked up' a card to my brand new pay pal!   I have also, now, listened to my friend check out this way with HER paypal account/card here, so I am all set! AND JUST IN TIME to empty out my wish list and get MARCH RENDER REWARDS! WOOO HOOO!! YIPPEEEE! :)

I checked and seems most of her items are SMART props, and on top of that some are CONFORMING (even a Prop can be conforming?!) .... I THINK I can re-assign them on an "as needed" basis... ohhh duh. wonder if I can do that (import it's obj... oh hey! or export WITH GROUPS and re-import?!) and it will take the materials the same... SHOULD if it's simple... So I do have some options here...

AND/OR I will have to invest in the RDNA program... which I've added to my wish list there!

Argh! I did the un-parent thing...with a bangle...saved it back with NO parent...it REVERTS!?  I will try changing the parent to Dawn, but not sure. I may be forced to buy that utility...I'm DYSLEXIC so it's hard for me to use some programs...

hmmm I only bring the ONE item of jewelry into the scene, so I can JUST un-parent it, and I have always chosen "universe" but Fabi's stuff just keeps FIGHTING me... I did not realize there was the parent BUTTON in the item's dials/properties menu, though, so I will try that ALSO... wish me luck!

Not sure I should change parent to Dawn, as it would not be in the right place, most likely.... but I am determined!
