You would use this link to make sure that the email in our newsletter system matches the email in your account. You can always find this under Settings > and then Newsletters in your profile drop down menu.

You can edit the subscribed email address at the top of the form that opens once the system has emailed you your subscription management link.

Please be sure the products you buy have a green ticket beside their price. Green indicates that the product accepts coupons. If it's red, it does not.

Also be sure to place the coupon code in the correct discount box as pictured below. If the code is inserted into the wrong box, it will error out.

It is absolutely possible. We can merge regular gift certs for you. We just can't merge gift certs earned with Render Rewards.

When the gift certs are merged, the expire date actually gets extended.

If you'd like to go ahead with the merge, I can take care of that for you no problem :)

Renderosity Gift Certificates can be used towards the purchase of any product currently available in the Renderosity MarketPlace.

If the purchase amount is less than the available Gift Certificate amount the remaining balance will be calculated and will be available for future purchases.

If the purchase amount exceeds the available Gift Certificate amount you can pay the remaining balance with any of our supported payment methods.

Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and have zero cash value.

Gift Certificates are non-transferable.

Renderosity is not responsible for the misuse of Gift Certificate codes.

Gift Certificates may be purchased for any Renderosity member.

Gift Certificates can only be used by the Gift Certificate recipient.

Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Certificates.

Renderosity reserves the right to change or discontinue any Gift Certificate at any time.

Only one Gift Certificate can be redeemed per order.

Gift Certificate recipients will be notified by an automated E-Mail.

Gift Certificates expire 2 years after the purchase date.

Refund requests for Gift Certificates are only valid for 7 days after the purchase date.

Refunds cannot be made on purchases of Gift Certificates once they have been used.

Refunds for products purchased with a Gift Certificate will be issued in the form of a new Gift Certificate. The new Gift Certificate will be issued for the exact amount of the refund only.
