What kind of animation project are you working on zechs? I lurvvvv animations. And with those three items, you have piqued my interest LOL. A mustang, some cool shades and a 45 = some action! hehehe big action/thriller/sci-fi fan here.

zechs, it looks like great value. I must add that I am a non-member not by choice. I don't have an income. If by chance I were to get a job before the 30%sale ends, I would go and buy a membership, but thats not likely... The stuff in ther looks great! Love that lounge, going to have to try and model some stylish furniture like that for myself. :) Not that I even USE half the stuff! LOL

errr I am going to jump in here. The question if this is an art site. Well it sure used to be, but all the recent changes have been geared more towards running the market place. I am sure that nothing is done without benifiting that part first. It seems to me that the gallery is now just an addon to the marketplace. "Buy our stuff, show us what you do with it" . While there is nothing wrong with that, it does lose that certain artist quality. It depends on Renderosity's mission statement I think. IMHO this is just a huge marketplace/fleamarket now. Everyone has jumped on the merchant bandwagon thinking they can make a buck out of something they might have put in freestuff before. It doesn't work like that. Now I don't expect anyone to agree with me and that's ok. But I have to say I do find myself visiting here less and less each time. Nowadays its just to read a few good posts in the forum, namely geeps (doing a wonderful job there). Now if there were more people like that, that would be something huh. Shame that. It sure has changed a lot over time. I will give Renderosity credit for allowing me to meet some great friends here, and those few gems you can pick up now and then.

I just checked out step 5 and it shows up in my browser. I wonder if anyone else could check it out to see if it loads or not. I think because both these hairs use the same mapping style I will make a free set with more colours and a bit nicer looking. The mat/poses should work for both when I am done.

I have been recieving quite a few viruses in emails of late. They are all disguised as either freebies, or something like. "I couldn't get this to work can you take a look at it for me". There was one disguised as a email deamon failure notice. I have my email scanned as it comes in, I just delete them. Its very annoying, the viruses are usually that bugbear or win32klez or something like that. It looks like they try to make it look like official mail to get you to open it, so be careful!

actually I find that the texture from the straight cut hair looks great on the new hair. Should package it up today and upload it later this afternoon :)

lol@scarab don't worry there was a time when I thought all my nice long hair was going to fall out, I think its called alopeca or something like that, thankfully I was able to stop it before I went bald! As for the character, I was working on a few new faces for victoria so far I have 6. I was thinking of doing a new texture and putting it in the market place. Need to raise some funds for a course I am doing to get a day job. The texture she is wearing in the pic above is the pretty pink from Lunah which is in the warehouse now.
