I found it!!  

Don't know if you still need the light dome. But I fould the light dome I was looking for earlier. It's part of a .br5 file named "lighttest_115".  I'll send it to you in a zip file.

Just got off the phone with DAZ. I was told by tech support that they have been getting mixed reports regarding the up-date.  Although they are not asking whether the user is running on a PPC or Intel based Mac. Also there will not be anymore up-date until next later next year. Lastly their not sure that Bryce will work with the new Mac OS.  Nothing was said about B7.

I could not get the up-date to work. It didn't appear to fix any of the problems as far as I could tell.

All the bugs I was having before the up-date were not fixed. I should add that I did a clean install of the program. I removed the old version before I did the up-date. But as I stated nothing seems to be fixed.  Such as would crash if I made a change to anything. Would crash if I went to my color groupings. Will not load and or crash when importing objects. Will not load in HDRI files. Will not export image. And I know there are more these are the ones I came across before I dumped the up-date. I’ve uninstalled 6.1 and have reinstalled 6.0. It appears to be more stable.

I’m wondering if I’m the only one else has had the same luck with the up-date? I’ve checked out the DAZ forum board, and there’s been very little chat about anyone having any problems. Maybe I haven’t been looking in the right areas. Has anyone else had the same problems that I’ve had?

The up-date is out. Let's keep our fingers crossed that it works without troubles. :unsure:
On another note it looks like some of our PC brothers got the same email up-date as well. Got to love DAZ! One f_ _k'd up company.

I was told to send an email to tech@daz3d.com. And request to be put on the list. Or to check the DAZ site for up-dates.

Good news!  I just called DAZ and was told there will be an up-date to the Intel based Mac problem. The up-date will be released in a day or two. So keep an eye on the DAZ site for the up-date, or contact DAZ to be put your name on the list to be notified when the up-date is made available.

I'm sorry to say, I wasn't able to find the light dome amongst my stuff. Sorry. Problem is I don't remember what it was titled. It's not titled "Light Dome", or I would just do a word search. However if I should come cross I will be sure to to post it.

I poo poo'd his tuts sometime ago. Because I felt I was beyond that stuff. But the fact is he does our community a great service. He is as far as I can tell the only real resource out there for beginners.

Let's face it. Most people starting out in 3D are not getting it the same way most of us started out. I want to my local MAC store. Not the Apple store of today, saw Bryce 2. Bought it and learned for the tutorial book that came with the program.  And when we went out looking for resources to expand my knowlage Brycetech was there.

So I guess what I'm tying to say is there is still a need for him in the world. So don't stop doing what you do. DAZ for sure isn't going to do it.
