Important factors for rendering and 3D work, as much memory as you can get and the quadcore would be an asset.
The E4500 is a decent enough CPU, but apparently the E4300 has a 9x multiplier and is capable of being overclocked up to 3Ghz... Worth looking into.

LOL, you're right about online posting, mostly in my experience people take things the wrong way, and if theres is any possibility of a double meaning, the negative usually prevails. :D

I was saying 'that easy eh' because quite simply I should have known better. Looking at the process made me realise that it was a very simple process. :D
Have to give myself a slap on the wrist though, I must admit in all the years i've used Bryce, i've never really delved into the materails lab to much extent.... usually I just change things till it looks right, but I haven't a clue how I got there LOL!

And on that subject, if one painted a texture rather than using a photgraph of a real person on a poser model, then that to me would be acceptable. Does my initial post suggest I sit around and cry "why others never comment on me"? Infact I have collected quite a few friends, and I comment on most art that catches my eye. Not as many as i'd like to since that would mean sitting here and doing nothing but comment.

Why should you take the time to look at others work if they don't comment on yours? well I do this all the time. i don't comment on other peoples work just to get comments back, whats the point in that?

Quite frankly, I find your reply quite rude, but maybe thats just who you are, and I'm not going to sit around crying about that either. 
Next time, please think about what you are going to say first and then think about saying it in a friendlier manner, i'm surprised you have any friends with that kind of attitude.

@ Miss Nancy, who are you calling a newbie LOL. If you had two links at Renderosity, one saying nudity entrance and one saying no nudity, the supressive nature of society in many cultures would use the nudity link. If Landscape art was a supressive subject in any given society, then this thread would not be here. So maybe in future i'll add in a nude subject to my landscapes.

Just uploade a piccy and it's right next to a nudity piccy in the thumbs. I had 10 views on mine while the other one got 60. So I gues it's true, if you want to be seen, take yer clothes off.

I took a look at it and i'm not convinced.

See your point, but that image is a real photo superimposed onto another image. The clue is in the weightiness of the body, something that 3D modelling/posing cannot achieve so easily.
It would be easy to photograph a real person, create a body texture map, and pose a poser model using the body textures. There is too much manipulation going on there. If it were a real render (which it isn't), it would still be a boring scene in my opinion.
One thing the creator failed to do was to integrate the model properly into the scene. The shadows on the floor would be very bad if it were a photorealistic render. LOL.
