Thread: Problem with bagginsbill's Matmatic in Poser 11 | Forum: Poser 11 / Poser Pro 11 OFFICIAL Technical
I had quite a few matmatic scripts that worked in Poser 6 but NOT in Poser 9 as python had changes in that period. It had to do with making some pretty cool Greko/Roman columns. Later versions of Poser didn't create the columns as all.

Thread: Question about Prop hair | Forum: Poser 11 / Poser Pro 11 OFFICIAL Technical
Haven't worked with fiberbased hair like this before so this is just theory. IF the hair is attached to a cap ... theoretically it should follow what morphs you make for the cap thus avoiding morphing the hair itself. I may be way off here. Just a thought.

hborre, I'm with you there. I have a birth defect that left me blind in my left eye. Folks don't understand what limitations that causes.

You could team up with a vendor, who would handle the parts of the distribution, marketing end you would rather not so you can use your materials as well.

Thread: Hack to Add Layers to Existing Materials | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
For users that are shy about using Python, will there be an update that will make this script a part of Poser's interface? That would be awesome.

Thread: Unimesh vs Unimesh | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
The newer reference to uni mesh seems to refer to rigging and joints and morphs. A figure is a whole group ... Body parts are no longer separated ... Not sure how to explain it ... Jump in and clarify whoever can.

Thread: Precision colour matching | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Keep in mind that color is not an absolute when photographed. so much is dependent on lighting. The strength, spectrum and tint of the lights on a object determines the color of an object. This is what I was taught in a college course on color theory. So finding the "right" color means very careful techniques to capture that color. This is probably why there is such a high price for measuring devices and software.

Weird, I can't bring it up on search. But I believe it is VH Malika by Godin.

Thread: Social post - Have been reviewing my runtimes from 2003 ... | Forum: Community Center
Except for PP 2014, I have all my runtimes from Poser 4 on. AND I keep them available cuz you never know when you might need some obscure prop you can retexture in Superfly!!

Thread: Poser Release 12.0.703 Now Available | Forum: Poser 12
Loving the update. There is an odd problem I am having. In the Purchasing tab, it says that the new purchases are installed as I'd directed ... but nothing shows in the runtimes even after a refresh, I've had to manually install since .703.
