Well stated AgentSmith, and I agree with you 100%! If an image is created in Vue it should be considered a Vue image :) As moderator of the Poser Gallery - if we removed every image that featured other apps, we would only have a handful of Poser Postings to the gallery. However, with that said, after viewing the images in question - I have moved one of the images [Kiss] to the Poser Gallery, as it really was a nearly 100% Poser creation. The other two images in question were left in the Vue gallery, as as example of combining Vue and Poser within an image - Artist also states: "Rendered in Vue" and "Composed and rendered in Vue, no post work." The nude non-humanoid figure standing behind the pig, hands grabbing the pigs thighs, thrust humping animation of the non-humanoid on the pigs backside. Does this show an actual sexual act No! Is it perceived as an implied sexual act Yes! Young female nude figure, One hand stroking her nipple, the other hand deep between her legs, back arched, eyes closed, mouth posed in a moan. Image did not show actual penetration of the hand between her legs, so does this image show an actual sexual act No! Is it perceived as an implied sexual act Yes! There is no where in the TOS that states you cannot post nude images! Classical nude images are very accepted and enjoyed :) Extreme Penthouse nudes are not - that is why there is Renderoitica - And Even Renderotica has very strict TOS for their "R" rated gallery :) Nothing to do with being a PG rated site! Just a move to become more professional :) Also, the TOS has not changed, just some of the original TOS has been defined - which is what members have been asking for! For us to be more specific! So that is what we did :) ladynimue
