Thanks for the info, it worked like a charm. You saved me from introducing my Hewlett Packard to my Smith and Wesson. Thanks again my friend.

Well I thought I was a little more versed in Poser than I apparently am. I am using morphs, is that the same as a binary morph? And if so what you are saying is get my figure ready without any morphs, save it that way, and anytime I want to use that figure I need to apply the morphs before each render? Thanks for the help BTW.

Thnx for the tip, I was just adding ending key frames but I read up on putting breaks in the spline and it works like a charm.

ROFL NVM, as soon as I posted I tinkered a bit more and figured it out. I had a starting key frame but no ending key frame for each stop. See.... a noob question. :)

Quote "OH damn I just noticed this is a tail.... it looks like you are needing only a tail ?????"
No no, its actually a lightning bolt thingamajig that will run down the outside of both legs, so it will conform almost like a pair of pants. And your tips were right on the money. I followed them step by step and it worked perfectly. Thanks for all the feedback. :)
BTW I like your quote. I find it inconceivable that someone else picked that line out of that movie to remember. :D

Tried to re-inject, still not working. It's wierd, all the other dials work, it's just the eyes that seem stuck.
Thread: Poser 7 Render Problem | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Well the pic is way to large, filled with way too many props figures trans/texture maps, to ever attempt to render in one shot. So I set it up to render multiple passes and composite it all together in post.
However the render in question contains 1 V3 figure with a base texture map, 3 props, 1 conforming clothing figure, and 1 hair figure with trans and text mapping. 1 M3 figure with a base texture map, 1 prop, and 2 conforming clothing figures. 3 plant props with texture mapping, no trans. and 3 vine figures with texture mapping, no trans.
There are 4 lights, 2 global and 2 spot. Rendered at 2500x2200, at 2500 dpi, using raytrace with bumps, and smoothing turned on.
But as sayed earlier I dropped M3 and vines and it all rendered fine, rendered the rest in other passes and worked it all out in PS. If anyone cares to take a shot at identifying the problem anyway though, thats the render info. Thanks gang for all the suggestions and help.

NVM I got it working. For some reason it didn't like rendering with both figures. The second figure was covered in a bunch of vines so maybe that was too much, not really sure. But removing the second figure seemed to work, I'll just have to multi-render and composite in post.

Hey guys, thnx for all the advice. I went with the idea of splitting the helmet in two pieces. I still get a little stretch, but nothing like it was. Thanks again.

The helmet portion was done with a spherical mapping. I'll take a look at the projection paint app. Thnx again for the feedback.

Yes I created the model, and mapped in in UV mapper, but I have no idea how to retopo it. LOL I dont even know what retopo means. :(
Thread: Poser / Winzip problem | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
UAC??? Not sure what that is, but the problem is solved. If I open winzip and run as administrator, I can then extract to Poser. Now to clean up the mess I have from deleting and reinstalling Poser in Vista. Thanks for all the suggetions gang. :)
