Never tried Poser 5 on OSX - had it on an older Mac running OS8.6. Started OSX (Panther) with Poser 6 - worked fine. Moved to G5 (splendid machine) and then gradually upgraded to Tiger and Poser 7, then Leopard and Poser 8. You can use TextEdit on an OSX Mac to edit cr2s etc.
NB if you're using OSX Panther then you should upgrade it to 10.3.9 - get the (free) combo installer download from Apple.

But I still miss real money.

I use lots of freebies - and usually say where I got them; but I don't always email the person who made them to say thanks. I shall make an effort to do so more often in future!

And another point - a file rendered on P7 (lots of characters) rendered without problem; same file on P8 stopped rendering complaining it was out of memory; there's 8Gb RAM available ...

Imported object and had to scale it to 3500% to make it big enough for James to sit down.
It imported in green, by the way.

I thought "Fine, I've got P8 so I'll get the hybrid CD PoserPro etc"
But when I tried to order the website wanted a PoserPro number; I haven't got PoserPro; whatever you try ordering they want a PPro number.

I have CS2 on one drive (running Tiger) and Photoshop CS4 on the other (running Leopard). No trouble opening CS4 images in CS2.
