There are no copyright violations with my images. Time to try another means to get them deleted. I'm sure you will come up with something. XENOPHONZ try watching the news or even read a newspaper if you are able too. Interesting how some of you are trying to turn this into a political discussion, however, the purpose of this post is still; what criteria are used by the mods here to decide whether an image is art or not. I was told an image of mine is not art. How do the mods make that decision?

yes when the TOS doesn't cover they use "Additionally, any post, image or writings can be removed at the discretion of staff if it is deemed unsuitable for this community." and the reason in the case of an image I had deleted was from one mod:- "There was nothing artistic about it as far as I or the other moderators could see." and "Sorry, this is an art site, not a political website, and as such the upload named above was removed, because it is inappropriate for the gallery." So you see the mods have decided what is and what isn't art. Though one mod did OK the image but was overruled by others.

I just love negative comments on my art.
