Maybe I'm just dumb, but how would said recipient know they had received a gift from someone? As far as the anonymous feature, how about the info being anonymous to the recipient (if the person sending the gift wishes to be anonymous), but available to the vendors/admins for quality control purposes? That makes everyone happy.
