Well your work is copyrighted the second you do it. Its just that without the registering no lawyer will really take the case. It is still copyrighted, its just that with the registration that they are allowed to sue for in the $100 or thousands for each offence and as well get the lawyere fees paid. That the real reason to register, since it allows a more forcefull threat behind anything. Check out http://www.copyright.gov/ for the copyright laws.

Actually a name would be a trademark. This you could do, very easy really. I mean it, my brother is starting up a custom guitar buisness and so I know about that stuff. I think he told me it was $300 to register a name as a trademark. It would be the same as the name Burger King, or Paramount. If its the username you want ot lock,so no one else can use it legally on some site and then make others think its your work, then thats the way. Just be warned its tough to stop everyone, but registering it as a trademark can be done. http://www.uspto.gov/

I once read a book about taking insect macros. In it the author was talking about the rule of thirds, and said that sometimes you have to just break it,cause no other way to make the shot come out right.

Have to agree with them all, they all look good. Just take it slow and be calm. Dont "try" to get a good pic, just take some pics. I know I do that, and can end up with a bit that are blurry, or underexposed or something. Just have to keep doing it, and expect that you will have days you cant get a good pic for nothing.

Well they all look great, your getting the hang of it well. As for the ISO, leave it set on 64, then you have the least noise of all. Also turn on the histogram and adjust your shutter till you get it close to the right without going off. That or you can try to set it till you get 0EV and see how you like that. Just some playing around and you will find what settings you like for things.

Well then the remote should work. I know the one I got for mine has a video button,as well as zoom for it. I think that all the ones for their cameras work for each one. So yeah, most likely will work if it plugs in then should work fine.

Oh you are doing fine, just takes some practice. I shoot with one hand a bit. Most of those really close shots end up with me needing to hold a leaf away or something. It can get tough, but it can be done. I know what you mean, need to take pics, always have to,just something you got to do. You can do it easy, remember you can focus at 3/4 of an inch. Wow a 1gb one, thats so cool, I just got two 512mb,lol. I mean it took me months to figure out how I liked the flash to work. Just a bunch of trial and error. So keep it up, and try to focus on it and not the itchy itch.

Oh hugs well you can do it, just takes some time to heal. I know how bad it hurts. When I had my broke arm my hand swelled up so bad they cut the cast off, then sent me across town to get a splint. Ridding in heavy traffic, on bumpy roads with a shattered humerus is not very humorous, lol. I can laugh now,but I was in so much pain, and hten they had to size the splint and that was no fun at all. It got tot he point the pain went away before my surgery, and I could move the broken part around and gross people out, lol. As for one handed shotting you can do that as well, just takes some practice.
