Quote - 1. JPG is fine.
Do not crop it. You can resize it, but you must keep the aspect the same. The object the map you make to decide what part of it to apply to certain parts of the object (this is why the templates exist, to tell you where on the map to paint the colors for said parts).
Doesn't matter as long as you can find them. A folder in your name inside the Textures folder in the runtime is usually easy to remember, if you want a suggestion.
Yes. You will be looking for a node called Image_map. If there isn't one, create a new node. It's under 2D textures. You'll have to connect it to your diffuse.
Much better than my suggestion, Hana. I never was good at explaining things simply, so for me it's easier to point the way.

Sounds like fun. I deal with it too often for it to be much fun. It's beauty still catches me from time to time though.

Kimberly, are there still positions open for this? I'm seriously considering it, but I need time to think about whether or not I can commit.

martial,
I had the same problem. You need to make sure that all your V4 files are replaced with the new update. I just removed the files from the Daz People folder and the Geometry folder, reran the V4 update and then it worked fine. Hope this helps.

...Or not. Maybe I just have to get up the guts to try painting my own. :scared:
Anyway, thanks for your help. You went over and above the call of duty. I really appreciate it!

Ooh, thank you, Acadia! I was looking at that hair because it was the closest I could find, but I didn't think it would work. That's perfect! :thumbupboth: Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Something short like Marilyn Monroe and Jean Harlow had. You know, the blonde bombshell look.

Thank you both for your responses. Kalon, the vendor you mentioned had some nice hair (I especially like the Veronica hair), but it's not quite what I had in mind. Acadia, it's going to take me awhile to get through your list, but thank you for bringing it to my attention. I was trying to remember where to find that P4 hair, but as it turns out nothing there is going to work either. I will check through your list though. If I don't find what I'm looking for in all of that, then I'm sure it doesn't exist.
