The bottle is a 3ds imported to vue and the label added there. As you can se in this test render either the glass takes on some charactaristics of the label or the other way round. The label actually looks as if it has been printed onto the bottle instead of actually being a different material altogether.Thread: Wine bottle and label. | Forum: Vue
Thank's I had a look at your tut but you are mixing opaque objects although the basics are the same the problem only occurs when mixing glass and a solid label, either the glass takes on some of the property's of the label or vice versa. No matter what I try in the material editor the effect is either a dull washed out glass or a reflective label (yes reflectivity on the label is set to 0). Anyway thanks I will keep looking for a solution.
