I couldn't resist the challenge of this photo. So I downloaded it and used the Background Eraser in CS3 to remove the background. I think the result is not bad. I would like your permission to post this photo to my website. If you want instruction Katrin Eismann and her books will give you a good grounding in photo correction.

Go buy the book Real World Bryce 4 by Susan Kitchens
and Victor Gavenda. You'll have all the tutorials that you
could ever want. I have a copy that I refer to when I
can't figure somthing out.
Her chapter on the Deep Texture Editor has more information
than most tutorials on the web.
