One other thing - not directly related to the rig - I would kill the tris. They don't add anything useful and contribute to poly bloat.
Ok, I can do that in MeshLab. And then, I assume, just load the rig into the new figure?

Thank you very much for your reply! Unfortunately I can't really follow your advice, if I want to stay faithful to the original figure. The eyes are separate meshes, and all expressions are morphs. See this video for examples: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUK4is4QweM
However that's not really my problem, but again, thank you very much for taking the time to reply!

And try Avfix https://www.poserlounge.nl/PLWP/fix-for-scripts-in-poser-11-2/ for a fix for the scripts
Thank you!

Light emitters no longer work in Firefly.
Check the Firefly render settings; engage raytracing, irradiance caching, and indirect light.
My sincerest apology! It's been a while - I had completely forgotten about indirect light and all the little red dots. Thank you :)

After just a couple of days with Poser Pro 11 I am incredibly frustrated! Light emitters no longer work in Firefly. Why? And most of my python scripts and wacros also no longer work. It's like the materials room is completely messed up - I assume because of the Superfly render engine, which I will definitely never use. I hope the next update remedies some of this.

The Snow Machine code was incorporated into my EZMat script as a plugin.
You're a genius! Thank you:)

Melted human figure? Could you be more descriptive? Anything else you remember?
I found it! Turned out I had the zips on an old external drive. It was called Liquilution.

Was it the Snow machine by Snarlygribbly?

Thank you, it was :)
EZSkin does an excellent job of realistic skin in Poser 11 Superfly
Will be looking at that ASAP!
If you've not already thought of it then a sub to Renderosity Prime and/or DAZ Platinum (3 month) will more than pay for itself when catching up with new stuff.
As far as I've been able to find out, the latest several generations of Genesis no longer work in Poser, So I will probably be using Mil 4 figures. DAZ seem to have really taken off in their own direction. Too bad I never liked the UI in Studio.

Welcome back. The script you may be referring to is the snowmaker script but unfortunately, it does not work in Poser 11. There are old scripts that are no longer working correctly, so you will need to be careful about what you purchase in terms of nostalgic content containing scripts. Molten people, I can't help you with.
Again, welcome back.
Thank you very much! Yes it was the Snowmaker script. Very sorry to hear it doesn't work in Poser 11. One of the issues I noticed was that some python scripts no longer work. In general I'm a bit concerned that Poser may have reached the end of the line and will no longer be developed. Some things seem have gone backwards, in terms of quality, since Pro 2012.

markschum - thank you so much!
I will try to follow your instructions, but when and if I mess it up, I may just take you up on that offer ;)
