Hallo die Meldung kommt bei mir auch nach dem die Dateien umbenannt habe. Einfach auf OK klicken dann ist die Bibliothek da. Super!! Danke für den Tipp! Gruß

Editing the .INI file worked for me, though I had to move the library to the second monitor since it keeps going behind the main Poser screen. But now every time I start the program I get this.

The certificate in question is for contentparadise.com. Anyone has any idea how to get rid of this prompt? :/

This would be rather complicated to remove ! you would need to search the Line Contentparadise and or Renderosity in the Poser.exe and change the links , most probably this will blast the exe after save if you are not experienced with such changes.
